Good Food and great service! Even though you pick it up at the counter, Paityn always makes sure your order is correct and if something is wrong, she takes care of it pleasantly. The onsite manager, Jason this visit, also makes sure everything is okay. Sophie was great taking our order.

Appetizer of fried pickles were like oily soup…super salty too and I am a saltaholic.
Pulled pork is what I ordered, it was not pulled pork, it was sliced pork. The pork was also extremely greasy.
This place claimed to have award winning BBQ, theres no way. I’ve tasted better microwave BBQ.

We love City Bbq. It feels like home. When we can’t go…they miss us. They know my name and most times what I want to eat. Paul, Jason and the entire crew are top notch. They truly care about the service they provide and the people they are serving.
It is truly my favorite place to eat not just my favorite barbecue place and not just for the barbecue, but the sides are amazing as well. Plus they have the best sweet tea to top it off.
Yesterday I bought a party pack for myself for Mother’s Day and City Bbq always honors the mom’s with a free dessert. And yes,I did share!

CONSISTENCY is important. CITY isn't. One minute the brisket is tough and dry. the next minute its soft. Ribs...also inconsistent. But overall its average. Average food is not worthy of our hard earned money...especially in this $5 a gallon gas and $500 mo groceries economy. I went to this place multiple times to give them a chance to be better. They never got better. They're below average. Restaurants should have above average food because they're asking you to pay them for it. Food you can make at home without the fake stuff. I DONT WANT MAC N CHEESE unless its made from fresh milk, onions, cheese, etc. IF IT AINT FROM SCRATCH HOW DARE YOU CALL YOURSELF A RESTAUTANT

Literally just left the Huntsville location … The customer service was great … but the food wasn’t good at all ! The collards were EXTREMELY salty the baked beans tasted like they had been scorched ! The white sauce tasted like paint or some type of chemical ! Me and my girlfriend spent 33 dollars to walk out still hungry !!

The best smoked chicken I've ever had. I'm so happy we finally have a City in AL. I've been eating at them in OH, KY, IN, and NC. I'll be going to Huntsville more often now. Service was great and the price is cheap compared to the quality of the food.

The food is good. That is the only redeeming quality about this location. I have had nothing but trouble every time I order. The only reason I keep on ordering is because we like the food. It’s started as a challenge now that if I do a curbside pick up to actually see if I will get my food brought out to me. Every time I have ordered not one time have I ever had my food brought out. I have to get out and go get it. I am not acknowledged. I go and find my own bag and take it and leave. Tonight I watched the girl look out at me multiple times and still not bring me the food as I sat and waited for 10 minutes to see if she would actually do it then as I was walking away, she said oh sorry about that. Which is what I hear every time as I’m walking away.. There was three people in there it’s not like she was busy. Don’t offer it if your employees don’t want to do it.
