Love the tacos! Super flavorful with the slaw. The "Not A sloppy Joe" was equally good with the Chipotle peach sauce. I ordered the tacos without slaw, but for some reason the kitchen didn't get the message. However they remade them and delivered them to our table quickly.

First timer, I would eat here again, is good for commercial bbq. Customer service friendly and clean. Portions are just right not really extra or heavy meat. Sides were good baked beans and potato salad would preferred a green veggie, had a rib bone which was todays special was decent.

Vegetarian options: They have a 3 sides plate which is a great option for vegetarian. It's awesome to get vegetarian option in a BBQ place
Was my first time in. Great experience, food was delicious. Timely service and restaurant was clean and orderly for a quick grab on the go kind of place. Ate in and took food home for the hubs for dinner. He too gave 5 stars for the food.

When City BBQ came to Huntersville, it was awesome!
The Mac N Cheese was point, the tenders were absolutely huge and delicious.
The Nashville chicken sandwich for the price is lacking taste and the chicken on the sandwich is tiny. Not with the price.
They must’ve changed the Mac N Cheese recipe because it is now “mid”.
The tenders are small for the price and are also mid. You want giant tenders for a good price, go to Publix across the street.. They used to be huge at City BBQ.
At least the Brushfire sauce is still on point.

This is the first time I was given half a piece of chicken breast. It was literally cut down the middle. I’m guessing inflation is catching up with them and they started cutting the breast in half. Pictures available upon request. Sad😔
City BBQ is fantastic, from the food to the service to the atmosphere, all straight 5 stars! Their banana pudding is one of the best I've had, tastes just like what you'd get at a Baptist potluck, and the BBQ is perfectly tender and flavorful, doesn't even need sauce (although their sauce is top-notch, and they have a wide variety). This location in particular is wonderful, great folks and great food!

I ordered a regular 2-meat plate (turkey and brisket) and the portions of meat were shockingly tiny-- There was barely a full slice of either meat. I have been to a lot of BBQ places and this was the skimpiest I have ever encountered. And it cost nearly $20 for what could or should have been called and priced as a "children's meal". Sadly, the food was just average tasting, nothing special. Very disappointing.
