Great Poke Bowls by Poke Bros in Huntersville. I did the build my own bowl since they have plenty of fresh ingredients to pick and choice from. Bowl prices are reasonably priced with great proteins. Went for lunch a few days before Christmas; had amazing food and great service for a reasonable price. The dine-in area has several tables, some are long and could provide seating for several solo diners. The food was fresh and the Build Your Own Bowl is always a good option. I love the seaweed salad, spicy salmon, and all their tasty sauces. If you've never had poke before, the people working there are extremely helpful and have good recommendations. Food is super fresh and delicious! They make your bowl right in front of you and will customize it. My daughter loves the melon boba drink. The rest of their drink selection is limited. Overall, we plan to let friends know about this and return!
