Clean Juice

I usually frequent the Clean Juice in Mooresville but decided to get a juice here at Clean Juice Birkdale after yoga. When I walked in, I could not read the drink menu due to the digital screen being partially dark. So, I used the app to order my drinks. It took about 30-40 mins to receive my drinks which was well beyond the time indicated in the app that it would be ready. I always get the same order which is the Tropical One Smoothie with hemp protein and this time it tasted horribly as if they left out ingredients. In their defense, the lead/manager offered to “doctor it up” but after waiting for so long it had already left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). She also mentioned if I wanted a refund that I would have to send an email or reach out to someone. To be quite honest it was not worth the time and effort and I wasted my time waiting for a drink that was mediocre (and usually tastes great made at my local Clean Juice!) I won’t be visiting this Clean Juice location again.

I always enjoy coming to the Birkdale location, especially when Dylan and Sofia are working! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone makes an effort to get to know the customers, and that’s what I love about Clean Juice the most!

Went there daily but they r now using powdered maple syrup that is awful. Management doesn't seem to care.

Emma was amazing! I walked in the door and was greeting with a warm smile and amazing customer service. For my first time it was the best experience! I will be back. I got The coffee one and my daughter got The Strawberry Banana one . Both great picks

Stopped by Clean Juice on a Friday night about 30 minutes before closing time. Both of the ladies working were very helpful since we had never been here. We went with The Cali, The Buffalo Chicken, The Immunity One and The Glow One. Everything we got tasted great and the best part was all of the ingredients were good! We will definitely be back!

Went in the other day and was helped by Hunter. The service was quick and the staff were more than happy to answer my questions and I really enjoyed my banana nut bread smoothie. Definitely recommend.

I visit this store weekly, and the service is amazing. The staff is delightful and friendly, committed to offering you the customer the best customer experience they can give you. The new ownership group understands the business and instill a sense of culture. Smiles, and insight on what juice, smoothie or food product that will make you happy. By far, this is not just a place to eat, but a place to experience a healthy lifestyle choice.
