I’ve ordered from this store many times! The pizza is always great and everyone in the store is hard working and friendly!

Whatever the estimated wait time is, double it, at least. Have done pick up here a few times and the wait is always at least double the estimate.

Of all the dominoes I've been to, this is one of the best. They employees are friendly, they are actually working instead of standing around on their phones. The food looks delicious, tastes delicious, and my order is always made right.

The people do a great job, but I overheard Something disturbing. The workers inside will no longer be getting tips like they did. Some workers rely on it. The drivers, however, still get tips as they normally do. Unfair tactics to solve whatever problems you have. Bad management practice, and I will recommend no one tips the drivers until a resolve is set that makes all employees happier. Due to events, my ratings dropped. The owner is part of management. If they thought otherwise, then they shouldn't own a business. These are my opinions, and being banned for such is a disgrace on the owner. They can attempt to contact me via e-mail about being banned for stating my opinion. At least I didn't mention names, but I could.

The time estimate of the app said 20-30 minutes, and the order took over an hour while the app stayed in that low time range. I ended up driving to pick it up to save time. The app needs to be fixed. I can’t trust how long an order will actually take. People were nice when I called, but the timing was an issue.

Extremely rude lady, I think the name was Christie or something close… when my order was not delivered at car, I went inside and requested if I can pick it up, she went ballistic on me about yellow line and procedure.. I was only trying to help … what a staff man. God bless you C/lady at counter.

disappointing and pathetic delivery service.

Twice in a row we had horrible experiences ordering. The first time we paid for items they didn’t have and claimed they didn’t know how to refund. Both times the order tracker never updated and the estimated times of 25-35 min for the order have been over an hour.

Absolutely awful. We’re doing giving this store chances. Every time we order it says 35 minutes…. It always taken an hour and a half or more. Tonight it was almost 2 hours for two medium pizzas and 8 wings. The wings were $11 for 8 and not kidding we’re the size of my very small thumb…. I get more chicken in an 8 piece chicken nugget kids meal at McDonald’s for a fraction of the price. This location is a complete joke.

For the second time, I've placed an order for delivery and they told me it would be 35 minutes. After waiting an hour we noticed our food was still in prep on the tracker. We called and they said it was going to be another hour. We asked if we could come pick it up and they said it would still be an hour. There was no offer to discount, no apologies, nothing. Terrible customer service
