Ordered 2 pizzas with a 30 min wait time , after an hour I called the store and I was told that it was next batch and would be 45 more minutes , after another hour I called and speak to a manager. She proceeds to tell me how wrong that this is unacceptable and that everyone is waiting 2 hours , is everyone in the world ordering from this dominos ? Ordered delivery for one pizza and garlic twists, estimated delivery time around 30 minutes, kept getting pushed back, came over an hour from time order was placed. The pizza was wrong, ordered cheese and the pizza we were delivered had pepperoni and pineapple toppings. Called the store right away, had to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone. Was told no manager was there to process refund and I have to call back in an hour which is ridiculous to have to call back to wait on hold...read full review
Ordered 2 pizzas online, the tracker said time for delivery would be 50-60 minutes. An hour later, tracker showed our order still in "prep" stage. Called the store to find out what was going on, immediately sent to hold, music and annoying voiceovers. After over 15 minutes on hold, drove to store to see what was going on, still on hold, call never answered. Was told store was really backed up.
