Randomly Stopped here by chance on the way home, still about an hour out. We originally wanted something quick but decided to sit down to eat. It was around lunch time. The food came out quick and it was delicious. We had the house honey chicken and vegetable lomien and the fried chicken wings. We got lunch specials and the portion size was great. Wish I lived closer. Would definitely stop by if ever in the area.
Food is so good. We get takeout from here all the time. We love their scallion lamb, coconut coup, fried rice. Pad thai is decent but tbh not the best I've ever had. Overall we love Fusion.

Some of the best Chinese food you can get in Huntersville. The owner is always working and she works so hard. Food is always phenomenal and I love that fried rice comes with your meal.
