DOORDASH REVIEW:

Although I have ordered from here before this is a doordash review.

It was a hot day so walking into this establishment felt refreshing as it was a bit cooler. The staff greeted me when I walked in and that was pleasant because not most establishments do that, oddly enough.

My order was not ready but they gave me an approximate time which was almost right on cue. They kept me updated after the status of my order and I heard them communicating amongst one another to make sure that I got my order and a timely fashion.

As a visiting patron I believe that your service will be prompt and you will be attended to with respect by the staff.

It's a franchise establishment so everyone pretty much knows the menu. And what they have to offer. The food is what you would expect from the average Dunkin' donuts so not much to compliment on there.

All in all, if you are into donuts and coffee and snackeries like such, I would recommend giving them a try at this location.

This is the bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was not toasted, the cheese was cold and the bacon was borderline charred with pieces of it spread randomly. This is not acceptable.

The voice of the city

I visited this Dunkin Donuts location with a friend. There were no customers in the store, but the cashier, a young light-skinned girl named Erick (name stated on the receipt), was rude to us. I didn't even order a drink; we just left after my friend got his drink. Erick definitely has terrible people skills.

The food at this location was some of the best Dunkin food I've had! The manager Michelle was incredibly helpful in telling me how to manage an issue I had at a previous store that I had not heard back on after a week and was very kind and friendly. She even addressed the music volume being somewhat excessive before I even mentioned it. The store is clean and well card for and the employees were kind and efficient upon my arrival. I have one significant complaint that changed this from a 5 star to a 4 star review. The sign on the door and the online information all say the store is open until 8pm. At 7:10 I was told that the lobby closes at 7:30. There is nothing to indicate this anywhere as the door says they are open to 8pm as well as the online information. At 7:13 the lights were turned off on me while I was frantically trying to upload the homework assignment I was in the lobby to work on. So, not only did I lose 30 minutes of expected work time, but they turned the lights off on a customer. When I brought it to their attention, they turned them back on for me, but that should not occur. I will come back because the product is good here, but the rush to the day's end for the closing employees today show the customer is an afterthought once the food is delivered.

The black lady with glasses wearing a hair scarf bandana is so rude. I don’t have her name but she is usually there in the afternoons.
For the second time in a row she does not say Hi or reply back when we tell her Thank you. She should get a job somewhere else if she’s not going to greet customers the way they greet her at the very least.
If you hate your job so much go find a new one.

I only got a coffee but i was attended and had my coffee in my hand all within 5 minutes of me stepping inside the store! Fast service considering they had a quite a few cars in the drive through line!

This location is absolutely terrible. Drinks are made inconsistent, drive thru is so slow. I got a croissant and there was a long black hair in it. Had to stop coming to this location all together sadly.
