Way too expensive for cheeseburgers. Will go somewhere else for a burger

This used to be my go to for a greasy cheese burger and great fresh cut fries craving. Just two years ago they were in my top five. Now they aren't even in my top fifteen. Twice they forgot my extra beef patty that I paid for, and their fries are so greasy now. They are cooking too many fries at once, lowering the oil temp, and making the fries saturated in oil. Yuck! Cup'o'oil. On top of that they made me wait ten minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and I had let them know I was there. Plenty of other options in the area. Sorry "Guys” you need to step up your game to justify the prices. Just not worth it anymore.

10/29/2020 7:00 PM 1☆ Unprofessional horseplay among employees causes customers excessive wait. One of these clowns actually took the time to tie all my fries together with a long hair.. Burger was far below five guys standards.

Five Guys is a very expensive burger joint buts it’s definitely the most consistent. Burger and fries were cooked freshly and customer service was top notch. Well worth the added cost of the food based on the experience.

I love the fries. The amount of fries they give you remind of The Original Hot Dog Shop that was in Pittsburgh. The burgers are also good. Never had a bad experience at any Five Guys yet.
