Always an amazing job. If they’re busy the line moves fast. If they’re slow they’ll talk to ya and take care of you. Staff is great and food is good as is every jersey mikes. My favorite sub place by far! Subway sucks btw

I just had the worst experience there me and my sister. The two men definitely did not want to serve me and my sister. Just horrible, I sure it’s because we are black. We were very polite and said yes and thank you but they were just so rude. It’s so sad that they hate us like this. 😔

I work right near here and they always deliver on the subs. They're so friendly and kind, and they're all always doing something! They have a good team going over there at JERSEY MIKES SUBS!!!

Door Dash royally messed up my order today… twice… BUT this Jersey Mike’s team lead and Megan went ABOVE & BEYOND to make my order right! Absolutely amazing customer service (and food)! Thank you for all of your help today!! 🙂

I eat here every day as I work in the same plaza, everyone here is always so friendly and exceptional. They always make everything with the perfect ratio of ingredients, they’re always kind and greet me by name, and have even walked my sandwich a couple doors down to deliver it to me by hand if they know I’m busy. Best service and food at any sub shop I’ve been to 💯/💯

Hands down my favorite sandwiches!!

We as a family have been going to this location for many many years, but I think it’s time to reevaluate our decision.

The past three times, the subs that we have received were definitely not a “sub above”. The first bad one was that they didn’t even melt the cheese on a Big Kahuna. The second time, both my Big Kahuna and my sons Famous Philly had bits of fat in the meat making it basically unstable…..waste of $40 and then finally tonight……ordered a Big Kahuna again and when they gave me the bag, it felt really really light. Got home and started to eat it and it was the size of a maybe a Famous Philly. There was absolutely nothing “BIG” or “KAHUNA” about this sub. I’m at my wits end with this location. When you spend $18 on a giant sub, you expect it to “WOW” you. It’s a shame because this location when Sandy used to work there was fantastic, but it’s just going downhill. Sad.

We've had Jersey Mike's before, and it was fine. But this particular one was quite awful. The sandwiches were tasteless...

I love this store! Jersey Mikes is by far my favorite sub shop, but this location is the best one I’ve been to! There is another JM near my house, but I will drive out of my way to go to the Huntersville one. They always greet me and make me feel welcome - like they are actually glad to see me.
The store is always clean and well stocked, even when they are super busy. They are definitely doing it right, and some other places could learn some lessons from that team!
