I’m definitely done with this location. NO one in the store but I had to stand and wait a good 5 mins before they asked what I wanted THEN waited another 10 more minutes so they could get through their mobile orders before starting mine. That’s not right, if one person is in the store prioritize them quickly, no reason I had to be there for 20 mins. This is not the first time this happened to me and my husband. As I stood there, I watched the kid who was topping the sandwich use his gloved hands to clean off the counter, brushed all the old lettuce and crumbs repeatedly then used those same gloves to dig back into all the fresh toppings. Thats disgusting, there needs to be a level of awareness of what your hands are touching when someone is in front of you. I hate writing poor reviews but this store needs to do better.

I'm a real fan of Jersey Mike's, but not a fan of this location.
Was writing a full review, but suffice to say..."will not be returning to this store".
Read other reviews after my initial post...many experienced the same treatment. They often reference a person with an "attitude"...feeling like it could have been the same one.
Also read a comment about choosing the new JM by Publix off of Sam Furr Rd...100% agree!

The subs are very good, in my opinion better than subway. Service is ok. There were a couple of items missing in our delivery order and I understand that mistakes happen. But I never heard an apology over the phone or when we drove there to pick up the missing items.

Always a pleasure to go in and have Tiffany prepare a Sub for me. She is such a Joy to this sandwich shop. Not very many restaurant workers remember your faces but these people do and they actually listen to you on how you want your sandwich made. Have never had a bad experience ever at this Location.
