Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's Subs states they are allergy friendly... going to see how they handle food was eye opening. Not only did the staff not seem aware, but the guy goes to just wipe down the slicer with a nasty rag. So not even sanitary let alone care about food allergies. The lady behind my wife and I also walked out. As that was disgusting to see and she too said she had food allergies. Avoid this chain and especially this one.

My husband and I ate at the Jersey Mike’s at North Creek Village tonight 8/14/25. The food was good as usual, but what impressed us most was your young staff Kaitlyn, Zech & Cruz. They were all so pleasant, professional, never stopping and doing their jobs with smiles. Kaitlyn was cleaning when we walked in, promptly took out orders and they were all still cleaning the restaurant when we were leaving. You have a very impressive young staff with obvious stellar work ethics.

ordered sub online for lunch. how hard is it to read order and make the food the way its ordered. to far to go back on a limited time for lunch. won't make this mistake again

My Son and I eat at this Jersey Mike's a lot and I can honestly say that this location is my favorite! Always friendly people and damn good Subs!! We love you guys and we'll be seeing you again soon!!

Was not satisfied with my food. I grabbed a bag of chips & the lady behind the counter was watching me as if I was going to steal them. Felt very uncomfortable. Definitely would NEVER return to this location. .

My son and I came in on 12/22 around 1pm... This place was VERY busy and I just have to say how lovely the employees handled themselves while serving everyone with a smile! Each person worked together to move the line along quickly, and everyone was SO nice and friendly. Spectacular service!!

It was one of the smallest JM's I've ever scene. Seating was extremely limited. I guess they are setup for take out orders.

This is my Favorite Jersey Mike's to go to. I have several that are equal distances apart, and I choose to go here. The young lady taking my order tonight was awesome!!! I forgot her name, but she had an awesome set of tattoos on her right arm. She nailed my very specific order and let me out of there with an awesome sandwich and a great experience!!!

Gross! I never complain about food, but the turkey and provolone has always been my order from any jersey mikes and we have ate at several. My husband and I both got regular turkey and provolone subs tonight and the taste was horrible. Everything on the sandwich tasted old or rotten, the turkey tasted stale, I couldn't even finish the one half. My husband even said the same thing about his sandwich. I had to eat a bite of something else at home just to get the taste of parts of the sub I ate out of my mouth.
