Super fast and great customer service
I want to say thank you to the Reese Blvd location. My son has been sick and has not eaten much in a week. After hours in the emergency room, my son said he only wanted a Jimmy John's sub. When we got there we found out they closed 15 minutes ago... As we were walking to the car, the store associate opened the door and said he can make our sandwiches since they had not packed up for the night. Got a #13 sandwich on my way to work in Charlotte. By the time I opened it to eat it I realized that there was like no avocado spread on it. The photo online shows it spread across it with the mayo. They put the tiniest amount within the cheese. Really disappointing. The customer service was also barely acceptable. Go visit another location.
