Great atmosphere!!! Food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh. Tina was a wonderful server. She was polite, very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Stop by for lunch on a whim, and I must say the experience was great! Fish was fresh, everything was plated beautifully and the staff is friendly and our server Tina was amazing . I highly recommend giving them your business you will not be disappointed!

This may seem like a subtle review and to you it may not say much. But I think that Kairu has the best sushi rice in the greater Charlotte area. I know, it's crazy because it's in Huntersville and Charlotte has some delicious sushi. We had multiple assortments of nigiri and sushi rolls. The pan fried dumplings were hot and delicious.

We had takoyaki and Korean fried chicken bao buns for appetizers and they were so flavorful!I had the Tonkotsu Red Ramen and the broth was delicious and just the right amount of spiciness. Good noodle ratio too. It definitely hit the spot.Had the strawberry crepe dessert with strawberry chunks and syrup! It was divine!Amazing service from our server Sophia!

Too expensive for what you get. Wife and I split the Kairu Nigiri ($40 for only 12 pieces and came with no salad or soup), had 1 roll and 2 miso soups and our bill was over $70 despite no drinks and no desert. The service was good, but I left hungry and won't be back. Other sushi places offer way more generous dishes for less.

Loved our experience at Kairu. The food was delicious. Nehemiah is an incredible server. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He went above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday special and even remembered to look for a dessert to accommodate our other friend’s dietary restrictions. Such excellent service!

Amazing servers, food, and presentation! I would recommend it if you are craving sushi, the rolls in this are: 704 roll, Spicy tuna roll, and shrimp tempura roll, I had tuna nigiri and I couldn't get a picture because I ate it all before I could take one. This place is amazing! Nehemiah is the best server here and is very nice!!!! Please come here for sushi, you will not regret it.
