We had takoyaki and Korean fried chicken bao buns for appetizers and they were so flavorful!I had the Tonkotsu Red Ramen and the broth was delicious and just the right amount of spiciness. Good noodle ratio too. It definitely hit the spot.Had the strawberry crepe dessert with strawberry chunks and syrup! It was divine!Amazing service from our server Sophia!
Loved our experience at Kairu. The food was delicious. Nehemiah is an incredible server. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He went above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday special and even remembered to look for a dessert to accommodate our other friend’s dietary restrictions. Such excellent service!

This may seem like a subtle review and to you it may not say much. But I think that Kairu has the best sushi rice in the greater Charlotte area. I know, it's crazy because it's in Huntersville and Charlotte has some delicious sushi. We had multiple assortments of nigiri and sushi rolls. The pan fried dumplings were hot and delicious.
