We have dined here a number of times and most times have had good experiences. I have the impression this time that the greater was new as she seemed confused on where to seat us. We ended up speaking to our server (Jean?) about relocating us she was very accommodating.

We come here multiple times to sit at the bar with Tati. Tati is amazing, personable, quick, knowledgeable and cares for her customers. She is part of the reason we keep coming back!

We went to Link & Pin tonight for the first time and had a fabulous dinner! Shared the 32-ounce tomahawk ribeye and it was the best steak we’ve ever had in our lives. The service with server Hailey was top-notch. Amanda the manager even came out and said hello and was very nice. We will definitely be back!

Great food ,great people, what more do you need..Definitely try the General Tso cauliflower..AWESOME!!

I went to brunch on Saturday with my girlfriend and had such a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable, and the chicken and waffles were absolutely amazing. The manager even stopped by our table while we were dining, which made the experience feel extra special. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend this location at Link & Pin.

Great food. Great ambiance. Andy was our server. Hands down one of the best servers in the Charlotte / North Charlotte region.

This is my favorite restaurant. I always eat here during the evening hours. My waiter Ricky is phenomenal along with the rest of the staff and management. The food is always prepared with love and I've never had a bad experience at this location.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. Everything was quality and I plan to return with my husband soon! Thanks to our waiter, Liam, the manager and wait staff for a stellar experience.

The staff are always so sweet & pleasant. I've never run acorss anymore who was rude or curt with me or my family. Our fave is the brunch menu! The Huevos Rancheros or the lobster roll is always my go-to. My husband loves the steak & eggs (I always take a nibble of his, the steak is reallllly good!) The drinks are not skimpy (as far as taste/alcohol goes) and you literally get what you pay for. Nice ambiance, good vibes.

Our server Wayne was very knowledgeable about the menu. He gave us wonderful recommendations which were spot on. They made my husband's birthday very special.

This was our first time at Link & Pin. The food and service were great! Our server was very attentive and had a great personality. The noise level was a little high but not sure if that was just because the large table next to us was just loud. We will definitely go back though and we will add Link & Pin to our rotation of date night spots!

It was a really good time. Wasn't extremely happy with the food as I've been in the past but all in all really enjoyed myself and we had wonderful dining staff!
