Our server Wayne was very knowledgeable about the menu. He gave us wonderful recommendations which were spot on. They made my husband's birthday very special.

This was our first time at Link & Pin. The food and service were great! Our server was very attentive and had a great personality. The noise level was a little high but not sure if that was just because the large table next to us was just loud. We will definitely go back though and we will add Link & Pin to our rotation of date night spots!

It was a really good time. Wasn't extremely happy with the food as I've been in the past but all in all really enjoyed myself and we had wonderful dining staff!

Our food took longer than normal this time. The kitchen must've been very backed up. Our waiter was awesome. He was definitely the stand out of the evening.

We went there for Sunday brunch, party of 6. The service was top notch as usual. The food is very good, from the waffles to the omelettes, the food was excellent. Always great to visit and it never disappoints.

Just not a place that I would consider with the price- especially the wine. Hummus app large and very good. Kale salad good but I asked for chicken to be added and they gave a very small amount. We just don't need to have $60 steaks.....

Everything was amazing! Our server was so nice and the manager was great. The food was a 10/10. I had the chicken and waffles. My bestfriend had an avocado blt. No complaints from us! Oh & the french 75 is my new favorite drink thanks to them.

Isiah was a bomb host. He was very informative and was on top of everything. From the ambiance to the food I would rate it a 9.475/10. I didn't take pictures that how good it was and the drinks 🔥🔥. I had a French 75, for my appetizer sesame honey wings and for my main course I had the lobster roll. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Out for my birthday dinner with my husband, which was noted on reservation (special occasion = birthday). Was greeted very promptly & pleasantly. Waiter was friendly & suggested cocktails, which we ordered 2 decent ones, offered water. Caesar salad good, lobster bisque pretty good, had pieces of lobster which we always love but did have a bit much of some ingredient that made it a little too strong tasting, like maybe sherry or wine?? I ordered filet which was cooked perfectly medium, seasoned well (bit salty but not a deal-breaker) and lobster which was good. Husband ordered larger filet also medium but the Chef didn't account for the larger size & his was under-cooked, didn't bother sending back as we had both ordered glasses of wine and they didn't come yet; Waiter said 'they're coming'. When finished, no one cleared our plates, even tho we pushed them aside. Still no wine. Dessert didn't arrive. Brought wine, we rejected as we were out of the mood then. Still no dessert. I went to rest room to find first stall out of TP, second almost out, third was fine. Informed Mgr, who we often saw standing around 'overlooking' the dining rooms, which is fine but how about you help out if your staff is so busy/short-handed that they can't bring wine, dessert or clear our dishes in a timely manner?! Also, adhering to your suggested dress code would be appreciated. Near us, were several men wearing ball caps & t-shirts or sports jerseys, where as I dressed up and recommended to my husband not to wear his cap. I felt like I had a decent meal but was really at Outback or Longhorn! Not worth the $200 we paid, so I feel jipped for my birthday dinner. OH & only host said HB, nothing else was mentioned or done to make it a 'special occasion'. Do better!

We had a great experience! We went for restaurant week, and had a party of 7. 5 guests did the restaurant week menu and 2 of us did the regular menu. The food was fabulous! The only (minor) complaint is that it did seem to take a really long time for the food to come out, but other than that everything was wonderful. And our server was the best!!

For the first time our service started off poorly. No server assigned to us so it was 12 minutes, and only after questioning, did someone come to our table. Once we had a server assigned, service was outstanding.

I come here often but wasn't pleased with today. There were a lot of flies in there and they said something about the back door of the kitchen being open near the dumpster so that was why. Then my mother ordered a steak medium well and it was well done. Which seems to happen often there when you would think a place that offers about 7 steaks that you would learn temperatures. Also I feel like the waitress made it seem like we misspoke about the order when she was the one who did hence why they tried to offer us a free dessert as an appeasement after the fact (we declined it). I think I'm okay with not coming back for a while. Overall a decline has been happening at this location much like the south end one before they closed.

The food at Link & Pin was consistent, but the service was unacceptable. Our server made it seem like the bread was complimentary, then charged me for it without saying anything upfront. When I brought it up, there was no apology, and he avoided the table entirely. I called the manager, I wasn’t asking for a refund just honesty and respect. We’ve come here for big events before, but I won’t be coming back.

Wayne was a wonderful server. The service was top notch from start to finish, as was all of the food. We had Mexican street corn, the pork chop, the cod/scallop special, and the Nutella bundino for dessert. Everything was truly excellent and cooked perfectly, and it was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you!
