The food at Link & Pin was consistent, but the service was unacceptable. Our server made it seem like the bread was complimentary, then charged me for it without saying anything upfront. When I brought it up, there was no apology, and he avoided the table entirely. I called the manager, I wasn’t asking for a refund just honesty and respect. We’ve come here for big events before, but I won’t be coming back.

Wayne was a wonderful server. The service was top notch from start to finish, as was all of the food. We had Mexican street corn, the pork chop, the cod/scallop special, and the Nutella bundino for dessert. Everything was truly excellent and cooked perfectly, and it was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you!

Tasty food and special meals!
We had flounder (huge!!), lobster tail and bacon burger and tenders for our children. Upfront we had warm bread, fresh butter with honey and dumplings (were the best and most delicious of all meals).
A bit more pricey but definitely also more special compared to other places.
Burger was a bit burned but the rest was cooked well….

Very diverse menu and great service. I was able to reserve a table for two and walk right in. Our waitress was amazing and our did was delicious. Kindness and patience go along way, our experience was even better because we were treated like humans!

Visited for brunch this morning and everything was 10/10. Pricing was comparable to anything else in the area but the food was way better than any other spot I’ve been to. We had trouble deciding what to order because everything looked so good and it was all even better than expected. Service was great as well. Will be returning with a larger group next weekend.

Service was very slow. Plates not cleared away. Drinks took a long time to arrive. Food was average. Wouldn't go back.

We received a warm, friendly greeting when we arrived and were seated immediately. Unfortunately, our booth had food in the crevice of the seat and we requested to be moved and were accommodated. After moving the service was slow and others arriving much later than our party received their meals before us. Although this was not the best experience at Link and Pin, we enjoyed the meal and appreciated the willingness to accommodate moving our table.

Bonjour! Link & Pin is officially on our restaurant rotation. The potato-hash casserole, evenly cooked filet mignon, and tasty donuts earned this location a 5 star review. All of the staff were very friendly and handled a minor mishap professionally. The atmosphere is very upscale in appearance with charming music. Link and Pin was wonderful. We ordered the Tamahawk steak and I was speechless. It sliced like butter and the simple seasoning was perfect. The staff was super sweet and the restaurant was the perfect backdrop for a datenight/fathers day dinner. We will definitely be back again. To the chef who cooked our steak, you need an award!!!

Excellent food quality and presentation, service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is sophisticated without being stuffy. It is pricey but worth it!

My wife and I enjoyed our date night. We both ordered the Ribeye Delmonico, and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection and the side dishes all complimented the main course. The server ensured we were well taken care of and made sure that our night was worry free and we had time to enjoy each other as the rain tapped against the window. The rain seemed to add an extra romantic flare to our night as we enjoyed the ambience the restaurant offered. We sat in a corner booth, and it allowed us to relax and take our mind off our busy life. I recommend Link and Pin for anybody looking for a good time, delicious food and an environment where they can relax and let go of the worries of the day.

We were a party of 4 with a child that was seated in a small room with a bunch of loud parties. We could barely hear one another, the service was extremely slow and didn't realize you guys did not offer a kids menu. Normally if a place has high chairs, they have a kids menu. Nothing on your menu was really considered "kid friendly" as far as selection and price. $20 for a meal a year old would eat is a lot to ask. The server didn't even bring a kids cup, he brought a 4 year old in a high chair a full cup (glass) of sprite and we had to ask for something more appropriate. This is the 3rd time I have booked a brunch get together at this location. After the experience yesterday, we will be going elsewhere.

This was an awesome experience from the moment we walked in to be seated. Everyone was so kind. Andy was amazing as soon as he came to greet us. We felt at home like we were old friends. The food was fantastic and came out quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We can't wait to return!

Booth seating was uncomfortable Cocktails - 2 different “fruity” offerings ordered- were disappointing, 1 was sent back Lobster was over cooked The sushi appetizer was more “accompaniment” (slaw, avocado) than sushi - disappointing
