Overall verdict: Too expensive for what you get in terms of service and food quality. Not really worth splurging on, though not a terrible place overall. We were simply underwhelmed, and would probably give it another shot if it weren't so pricey. Short story long: My partner and I visited during Charlotte Restaurant Week to try something new. We were immediately impressed with the atmosphere upon arrival. The design and decor are very appealing. Service was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. Not bad, just not exceptional. We each ordered a cocktail (a cosmo and a Moscow mule). We tried both, and neither of us were fans of the cosmo. It may have been a specific ingredient that didn't work for us, but as a cosmopolitan fan, I found it disappointing. For a $15 cocktail, my expectations were higher. For starters, we ordered the artisan bread and lobster bisque, both of which were very delicious. For our entrees, we had the petite filet and Cajun pasta. The filet was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful, and the Cajun pasta was great as well. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes that accompanied the steak were lackluster.
Mother & Daughter brunch and it was perfect. Great food, conversation and service. Thank you so much to our Server and the Manager who checked in on us frequently.
I made this reservation for my son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary. I talked to the general manager Amanda White about having a glass of champagne ready for them and letting me pay via credit card over the phone for their bill. She was most accommodating and everything was perfect for them. They really enjoyed it. It was a great experience and they said the food and vibe in the restaurant were perfect.
We went back after not being there for several years and really had a good experience. The food and service were excellent. We will be going back again regularly. Their new manager Josh is very focused on the details and appreciative of their customers.
My wife and I went to Link & Pin for a special occasion, it was our first time there so we were crossing our fingers hoping it would be as great as we heard it was. It was! My steak was perfection and my wifes Pork chop was out of this world! The drinks were delicious and our server Annie made it extra special. She was so attentive without being intrusive, she was professional, personable, knowledgeable and so fun. It was a perfect night out, and the best place to celebrate our anniversary! We will be back over and over again!

We arrived on time for our reservation. They had us wait about 10 minutes while they “got our table ready”. Then proceeded to try and sit us next to a table with a “newborn” baby. Actually couldn't get into the table because of the stroller. The baby was crying, so we asked to be moved to a different table. Since the restaurant was fairly empty, they moved us to the next open table. In all, the room they put us in, amazingly enough...had 3 babies. We stayed a few minutes. Nobody came over to us, so we just left. That being said, the opposite side of the restaurant was pretty open. Wish they just put us there. I have no issues with kids at restaurants. And I love they put all the kids in the same room. That's good planning. But to put 4 adults out for dinner next to them...not the best idea.
We had a fantastic experience hosting our mother’s 80th birthday party here. Odyssey & the rest of the wait staff took exceptional care of us and really made our Mom feel special. Food, service and atmosphere are top-notch.

Cameron is an absolute delight. We came in for brunch and it had been a while since our group has gathered. We were never rushed, not once. He was attentive without being overbearing and thorough in all aspects. The food was great, the service was fantastic, and we genuinely enjoyed every bit of our experience.

The food left a great impression, and next time I plan to slow down and really take in the atmosphere. A return visit to Link & Pen is already certain because this experience definitely deserves another round.

What a wonderful meal and evening as we celebrated my son's birthday. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. This was helpful on our first visit to Link and Pin. Look forward to coming again. Eddie and CJ

The food was outstanding! Everything was prepared to perfection and tasted delicious. There's a wide variety of options on the menu but be prepared for the Link and Pin twist that are great. Our server Odesty was awesome! She made great recommendations, was very attentive, and ensured that the meal flowed. Her service was 5 stars!

Such a great experience from beginning to end! The food was amazing, the service was top-tier, and everyone from the waiters to the managers was friendly and attentive. The managers taking time to check in and thank us for dining really made us feel appreciated. Highly recommend!
Good food, and great dining service, but that’s where the good times stop rolling!
Hostess asked to hang my coat up as she’s seating us. I obliged. When it was time to leave, I went looking for the hostess. She pointed toward the coat rack by the host stand. Two coats were there, neither were mine.
I mention this to the hostess, she asks if I’m sure. I definitely was. My coat was a formal peacoat with a removable zip liner and I had gloves in the inside pocket. Neither of those coats matched the description.
She pulls in the GM, Amanda. Amanda asks again if I’m sure, hostess interrupts and says “he says it’s not his”. I interject, “I’m not just saying it’s not my coat, it actually isn’t”, and I again describe the coat. After another 10 minutes of additional and awkward searching, Amanda gives me a card with her cell and said they will do what’s right if they can’t find it.
Two days pass, no call/text from Amanda, so I follow up. Amanda says they still haven’t found it, and I suggest looking at any internal/external camera footage to see me walk in WITH my coat and OUT without it as now I’m getting all the vibes they don’t believe me. She says she will do that.
Nearly a week passes and I get a call from a Brian - it’s still unclear what Brian’s role is - telling me he would do what’s right and asked for a solution. I mention I will spend the week looking for another coat and that I’ll be reasonable on the price and thanked him for the call. He agreed on the approach.
It’s now been over two weeks and I’ve purchased a coat, texted Amanda a pic of the receipt and coat. She indicated she will forward to Brian. That was three days ago and I’ve asked for an update, all to no avail.
Naturally I’m disappointed and will never eat at any of the Duckworth’s restaurants anymore.
You try to be a decent human and expect others to do the same, but this restaurant and their leadership apparently lives by another set of values!
