We called in order ahead of time. Went to pick up order cashier was sitting on counter on a personal call a coworker had to tell her to get down. My order wasn’t correct so had to sit and wait another 20 minutes.

First time I came here, food was decent. Next 3 experiences have been worse and worse. Can't seem to ever remember the sauces you pay extra for or how to fully cook your pizza or wings. This last time they didn't even cut it and then spilt the only sauce they gave me all in the pizza box. Not only that, but the breadsticks were as hard as a rock and the wings again were under cooked. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE.

I love that restaurants all have online ordering. The issue is the platforms aren't always user friendly. There should be a place for you to customize your order. Not a drop down menu. I ordered a thin pizza with pepperoni and sausage. They have sliced sausage which to me makes sense on a thin crust pizza to use sliced meat. Instead I had a thin pizza with big chunks of sausage. Which didn't look appetizing. I couldn't order it with a choice of sliced or chunky sausage. I tried to put it in the order to no avail. The pizza was still good, it would have been better with the sliced on a thin crust. The cinnasquares were overdone and tough. Instead of soft and doughy like shown, they were tough and looked like pizza crust. They were a very dark brown giving overdone.

ive ordered here before &never had a problem. today the cashier was looking at me like a dog that got caught in the trash bin. i get home &everything is soaking wet drenched in puddles of oil. bro what would possess u to do this, obviously i wont be back but u applied &drive to work &clock in?nobody is forcing u, yall know ur dead wrong for this. look at the napkin that was holding this one slice lmaoo?? thru the box is crazy ik im not trippin

The Pizza wasn’t really that great but the place was clean enough to give them one more chance.
This used to be the best place around with great service. The staff cared and took time to great you and even show you the food before you walked out. Now these kids that they have in there seem like they don't care either your have to wait or not. A lot of "not my job" syndrome when I walk in and three people see me waiting and not a single one comes over to greet me let alone help me. When they do finally come to the front there's often still no greeting and the look on their faces tells the story that they don't want to be there or your have disturbed them. The only saving grace is that the food is still decent, only because it is a chain with set recipes otherwise I think that would be the end of it. It's really quite sad.
Parking: It's a very busy plaza with a poorly designed parking lot.

I've always loved their pizza, but the last three orders we've placed with them have been wrong. We get home and find out we have a completely different pizza. Granted, I could have checked before leaving, but for the employees to not match the pizza to the receipt that's literally taped to the box is a bit silly. Frustrating to have to drive back, then wait for an entirely new pizza to be made. On top of that, someone else is missing their pizza because it was given to me, and now they have to wait for a new one to be made as well.
