I love that restaurants all have online ordering. The issue is the platforms aren't always user friendly. There should be a place for you to customize your order. Not a drop down menu. I ordered a thin pizza with pepperoni and sausage. They have sliced sausage which to me makes sense on a thin crust pizza to use sliced meat. Instead I had a thin pizza with big chunks of sausage. Which didn't look appetizing. I couldn't order it with a choice of sliced or chunky...

I had an order and I accidentally made a mistake and had it made somewhere in Wisconsin. The manager named Chris helped me out and remade the order. I always loved the food but I must say that the customer service there is a amazing. I will recommend to everyone.

This used to be the best place around with great service. The staff cared and took time to great you and even show you the food before you walked out. Now these kids that they have in there seem like they don't care either your have to wait or not. A lot of "not my job" syndrome when I walk in and three people see me waiting and not a single one comes over to greet me let alone help me. When they do finally come to the front there's often still no greeting...
