Its alright this mcdonalds got make over a while back to fit the cafe asthetic and it's pretty nice. I don't holdy standards high for fast food customer service I've had mixed experiences but I wouldn't say any of them have been terrible

I normally have a good experience at this location, my fries are always fresh, however, my order was messed up and when I asked to speak to a manager (Stacy) about it, she began rolling her eyes and frowning her face, I was completely taken back by how unprofessional she was. Trust me guys that lady (Stacy) is rude, I mean belligerent and does not need to work in any customer service jobs, I'm sure that's her character because she did not have a care in this world about my order being messed up.

Food is good and quick, sometimes gets my order wrong though.
Normally a decent stop, but not today. I pulled in at 5:24AM, the only car in line. No answer on the intercom so I pull around to park and walk in. The door is locked shut (although they open at 5AM). Back to the drive thru. Then I’m asked to pull up and wait on my food until 5:37.
This stop literally made me late for work. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

This is not the first time this location has botched my order. Today I ordered my child a happy meal with a hamburger, add American cheese and only ketchup. We got a dry hamburger, no cheese, no ketchup but it did have an extra burger patty…. It’s all on the order, all you have to do is read it!!!!! Why is this so difficult? I now have a disappointed child and will forever check inside the box before leaving the restaurant.
