I'm at a loss of why I still frequent this location, perhaps it's just convenience.
This isn't the first time that I've received a Dr Pepper instead of a Coke, probably not even the third. This time they didn't pack the fries I ordered either.
I'd say it's 50/50 if your order is going to be correct. Maybe I like the the risk of being frustrated after I drive away. Remember to allow additional time to double-check your order and get back in line.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION IT NEVER FAILS THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS SOOO RUDE! AND ALWAYS GET MY ORDER INCORRECT. I ORDERED A MEDIUM FRY AND A CHEESEBURGER. THE GUYS TAKING MY ORDER SAYS TO PULL AROUND VERY RUDELY. WHEN I GET TO THE WINDOW THE VERY NASTY GIRL GET MAD AT ME FOR NOT HAVING THE MONEY READY. THEN SHE SAYS SOMETHING I ASKED HER TO REPEAT HERSELF AND SHE SAID “I’M NOT TALKING TO YOU!” THEN WHEN I GET MY FOOD I ONLY GET MY FRIES. THEY TELL ME IF I WANT MY CHEESEBURGER, I’D HAVE TO GET BACK IN LINE.

Rude! Bad enough we all ring ourselves up but we were charged 40 cents for syrup for the pancakes ok fine but then asked for mustard and was told we needed to put our mustard request on order next time... wow this is why McDonald's is being sued they get paid more to treat you bad. Will NEVER go back to this location! Sure glad this isn't the normal place we go..

Nothing worst than poor customer service and cold & soggy fries. I had stopped buy to get just the happy meal toys for my kids but was told by the young supervisor that I can not buy the toys by itself. I would have to buy a happy meal if I wanted a kids meal toys. ( 4 happy meals to get 4 toys). He would not sell me the toys separately. Never happened at any other locations including this location the the past. But today. The supervisor acted like he doesn't care about making my kids happy. I can't believe he tried to strong armed me to buy happy meals just to get the toys. I was so bothered, I left and threw my bad fries in the thrash on my way out because with such poor customer service, why would they care about my bad fries, so why bother.I will never give my business to this location again.
Update: I have been to 3 other McDonald's and purchased the kid's meal toys only for my kids with no issues at all.And none of them forced me to buy kid's meal to get the kid's meal toys.

They never give me napkins.my order was wrong,no one in line at the Drive through but had to move up to # 2 spot. And then the lady ,if you can call her that.thru the food in the car as she walks up to the car. Tired Of given this restaurant Chances.
This used to be a great place to order food from. Lately they have been taking ages to make your food. I have been waiting 35 minutes for my mobile order and no one has come out, but all of the other cars around me get their food!!!

Terrible service, the fries are always faulty and at night if you order them they serve them hot on top and cold and old on the bottom... What a disappointment from this chain that boasts about its service. Not to mention the bad attitude of those who serve

It's really weird that yesterday (December 11, 2024) my mom and I went through the drive thru and asked for a decaf iced coffee and they were perfectly fine to do it. Tonight, apparently the "machine" don't do it tonight....a bit peculiar that in less than 24 hours you all never do that.
