Rude! Bad enough we all ring ourselves up but we were charged 40 cents for syrup for the pancakes ok fine but then asked for mustard and was told we needed to put our mustard request on order next time... wow this is why McDonald's is being sued they get paid more to treat you bad. Will NEVER go back to this location! Sure glad this isn't the normal place we go..
It's really weird that yesterday (December 11, 2024) my mom and I went through the drive thru and asked for a decaf iced coffee and they were perfectly fine to do it. Tonight, apparently the "machine" don't do it tonight....a bit peculiar that in less than 24 hours you all never do that.
Best McDonald's experience I've ever had! Manager was upbeat, energetic, and super polite! He made ordering food fun with his positive disposition. If I lived anywhere around here, this would be my McDonald's of choice! Thanks for the amazing service!
