I had gotten two burritos and the order taker charged me for a burrito and a bowl. I asked the lady politely if she can recharge me because it was a whole 4 dollar difference and she rolled her eyes and had the most attitude for a mistake that she made. Her behavior was absolutely disgusting.

I ordered online, and my order was cancelled after a 45 minute wait. The manager said the money I paid would be refunded to my card, but that was over a week ago :( Both times the place was kind of dirty, trash in the floor. The employees are nice, there just aren’t enough of them.

Food is fine except whoever put the queso in the bag didn’t close it properly so the entire container of queso leaked out into the bag. Soggy chips and wasted money. Also they forgot the guacamole in one of our stacks again. :(

manager is so stingy. every Moe's I go to they give you a certain portion. but the Moe's in kaufinger when the manager is preparing your food he gives you half the size of the actual burrito. when his not around the employees do it right. the manager should get let go cause his honestly the reason this place has such low reviews.

Very disappointed with the all around experience of my most recent visit. I was not greeted with a "Welcome to Moe's" nor did I hear any in the about thirty minutes I was there. So not a great start that was made even worse by the disappointing serving size especially for the price.

Came in for lunch for the Moe Bowl Moe Meat , only thing I get. Today when I ordered I paid $15 for 1/2 a bowl of food. The last time I was here it was at least full . Very disappointed. When I brought up to Manager she said that’s what you ordered, shared the amount is significantly less than any other time I have ordered and I will NOT be returning. The less she could have done was offer more rice.

JelissaI visited this Moe’s location this past Sunday, upon entering it was extremely hot inside. I asked the employees is the AC broke, they commented yes and it has been for 1 month and the general manager, Alejandra told them it was going to be fixed and they did not have a fan inside the restaurant. We ate outside. This type of working conditions is unfair to the employees, importantly. Please get this fixed for fair working conditions for the employees, especially. I gave a 1 star for Atmosphere, due to the AC not working.August 8, 2023

I placed an order online same time as my bf does and his food is ready to go as soon as we got there but I had to wait an addition 20 mins before my order even gotten started. I could've waited in line and gotten my food faster than on. And the employees acted like they didn't even want to get to my order except the cashier.

Sending this on behalf of my sister who already wrote a Yelp review but doesn’t have Facebook. Oh Moes, how do I love thee let me count the ways. Never had a bad meal from you, always had great customer service and always had plenty of chips and salsa. Always a clean environment and plenty of options to drink. The atmosphere fun and relaxing. But Moe's my recent experience was just okay. On Saturday 24th My sister and I ordered our food quick and easy but where it all goes southwest was when I checked out. I was over charged a drink but immediately got it refunded. I'm glad I asked for a receipt because the cashier immediately crumpled it up without offering. I looked at the receipt and noticed it. We ate and left and got the refund the next day. Here comes Monday, my card sent me a text and said your purchase has been upgraded from 26 something dollars to 59 dollars and change. Say what now? Hey Moe's you trippin' trippin'. Immediately called and now I am waiting for the general manager because the MOD said she can not do a thing and the GM does it all. Why are you MOD with no authority...why Moe why!!!! Money please is all I ask for. We still friends Moe's but run me my money. Hmmm what's corporate number?......oh and I save receipts.
