Very disappointed with the all around experience of my most recent visit. I was not greeted with a "Welcome to Moe's" nor did I hear any in the about thirty minutes I was there. So not a great start that was made even worse by the disappointing serving size especially for the price.
JelissaI visited this Moe’s location this past Sunday, upon entering it was extremely hot inside. I asked the employees is the AC broke, they commented yes and it has been for 1 month and the general manager, Alejandra told them it was going to be fixed and they did not have a fan inside the restaurant. Food is fine except whoever put the queso in the bag didn’t close it properly so the entire container of queso leaked out into the bag. Soggy chips and wasted money. Also they forgot the guacamole in one of our stacks again. :(
