I must say, I feel relieved knowing I’m not the only one who had an unsettling time working here.I came to this company through a temp agency last year, and I experienced the same behavior as the other poster said. I personally dealt with the same manager who was fairly aggressive towards me on my first day and he didn’t really even want me there, going so far as to say, “ugh, he still works here?!” to another associate. I was unable to get inside the building here several days in a row. I had to actually call a number to get inside the door, and each time I dialed nobody answered and the door wouldn’t open. I had to have a passing employee allow to enter. I reached out to the recruiter who assigned me to this location at the time, and they did NOT care. Thus forcing me to resign and also making my record with previously mentioned agency just see it as a ‘red flag’ despite my efforts to communicate.If you have an issue with the time cards, finding a manager to address the problem with was just as bad. They all lacked communication and instead of behaving professionally, they got angry at YOU for having an issue. I do not feel they are an inclusive employer either as vast majority favored a certain ethnicity.
