I was passing by.."said Oh Bagels" ran in and bought 4 bagels. These were the worst bagels I just bought. They were skimpy, STALE and tasteless. They must have been leftover from the day before. Glad I didn't get a dozen. They definitely aren't NY Bagels What a ripoff! I'll go back to Poppys Bagels!

We truly do love this place but wanted to leave a review for the gluten free friends out there! Very accommodating but I do feel like the GF bagels aren’t stored properly as the last two times half my bagel has been too hard to bite into. I’m sure if you find the day of the week that they make them fresh, then you won’t find the same issue though.Regardless, they rock and have super good food that’s not GF and my fiancé has never had a complaint with the regular bagels!

2nd time buying here. 1st time bagels were hard. Didn’t leave a review. Went today and bagels were hard again. Worst bagels in Huntersville. Bros bagels in Denver are closest thing to Ny bagels. I will never go back. I’m from nj and they should rip ny off the building. Not even close. I wonder how much they pay to get someone to write perfect reviews. Horrible. Worst I ever had. It’s a shame because the workers are very good.

You can't call yourself a NY bagel place and not make authentic bagels. None of these bagels are boiled and taste like greasy rolls. My $7 porkroll, egg and cheese sandwhich was pretty lacking.

Absolutely loved my experience at NY Bagel! If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. The bagels are the best, the service is super friendly and quick, the space is clean, and prices are fair. A great place all around!

I grew up with New York bagels, so I'm admittedly a bagel snob, but this was definitely NOT a good New York bagel. The restaurant is nice enough, it's a deli as you'd expect, the atmosphere is what you'd expect, but I went in looking for a GOOD New York bagel. This wasn't one. In fact, the Bagels were pretty terrible-- super dry, tasted more like day-old bread in circle form, and didn't at all taste like a NY bagel, much less even like a decent non new York bagel. Though Einsteins is not at the top of my list as far as bagels are concerned (at all)... Einsteins has a way better bagel. Service was slow here too but the place was admittedly crowded.
