Basic new Panda. Good food. Clean store. Friendly people.
I came here a week ago and the workers there were so friendly and overall it was amazing customer service, Naomi took my order, she had amazing service. Sayla was the one who was on register she was very sweet, she made small conversations with me, those girls sure know how to treat their customers right! The place was very neat and clean, The whole staff welcomes you when you come in so it is just overall a friendly place to come, highly recommend!
I want to start by saying that I have been a panda express customer for a very long time. The Huntsville area was extremely excited to know that a panda express location was coming to the area. When this location originally opened the food was absolutely amazing. The service was top-tier and I found myself at this location sometimes twice a week.. Panda Express is a new store that offers friendly staff, quick and easy service, and a clean facility. The whole staff welcomes you when you come in, making it an overall friendly place. The restaurant is fully staffed and running like a well oiled machine. The food is hot and fresh, with healthy menu options available. Customers can order items like fried rice with dynamite chicken and Kung Pao chicken, and add spring rolls and ragoons to whatever they order. The parking lot is very large, which is an unusually rare aspect for other local businesses. The ambience is liked by some, though the food was not great for one customer who found it not as good as other nearby Panda Express locations. Another customer had a bad experience with a missing item and a slow togo system. The great quality of food is consistent here when compared to California locations. Enrolling in their online app seems to give periodic offers and savings. A return of sweet fire chicken as a selection is wanted. The Grand Opening gave a t-shirt and reusable bag as a token of thanks.
