Please visit Pho Ginseng! I know many Vietnamese restaurants are growing throughout the Charlotte area but this place in particular has the heart and soul of pho! The Peanut Satay Pho stays on my mind rent free, it is that delicious.Everyone who works at Pho Ginseng are amazing, it’s their restaurant and home cooking. Please give them a try the next time you are in Huntersville!

I’ve eaten around a few Pho places in the area. It’s definitely really good! I also thing the egg rolls are some of the best i’ve had in awhile. The inside ambiance isn’t the best, but I always get it to go and it’s amazing to go!

Great food, affordable pricing, friendly service. Even my 8 year old who is the pickiest eater and only wants cheeseburgers said the brisket pho was "bussin"! Love it.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff to kids. And kids love boba tea. They got that too.
