I've been coming here for almost 2 decades: when I lived here and now when i come visit my adult children. It's always open when they say they're open; the people are always friendly; and now bring my dog Finn because he loves the Pup cups and attention.

Every time I go into that location- my son or myself the purchase is messed up or not up to taste standard. I tried to give another chance today 10/16/25. Didn’t get her name I never see a name tag anyway. She got in my face so fast- I said Wow! Talking about how they couldn’t make my drink the way requested or was my son allergic to milk. Order messed and I didn’t have my son’s spinach wrap/sandwich on the counter. I couldn’t turn back around because I had to be here for surgery in Concord. Paid for on-line for an incomplete and non correct drink! And no one answered the phone; should be answered even when busy! Worst location in my opinion. I usually come in there

SOOOoO slow. Ordered 20 minutes ahead of time. There are 6 people working and still had to wait another 10 minutes, bc they were talking. 30 minutes for 2 drinks is crazy

literally no urgency. not that it was life or death to get a drink on time, but watching employees talk and make another employee’s drink first who ordered after me was very annoying.

The most friendly and happy baristas I’ve come across in a Starbucks. They are welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend this Starbucks just for the people alone.
