I just want to thank you to all staff again from here. I dropped my coffee on the floor and ai felt super upset for the mess. The staff was super nice the replaced my coffee and cleaned up . Thank you so much . So sorry for the mess again .

I ordered a holiday drink, the iced gingerbread oatmilk chai and it’s completely wrong, no foam, and looks a funny color. Was really looking forward to having it and sad to say i didn’t recieve the correct drink.

Very nice staff...and we'll YUM! Tried the Egg Pesto Mozerrella Sandwich with Creme Brulee and a snowman treat. FANTASTIC!

Stopped in this morning for a coffee and a slice of banana loaf. The loaf was so dry and hard it needed to be soaked in water in order to eat it. ?

This is not a drive-thru location, although it is listed as one on Google Maps, which is misleading to patrons. I love Target and Starbucks but I don’t like being misled.

Wouldn't take a BOGO coupon I had in the app for Mothers Day. No where in the app did it say it couldn't be used there. Very annoying and disappointing.

Awful! I always go to this target and usually hit this starbucks on my way out. I ordered what I usually get, paid with my debit card instead of my app. Something did not taste right with the first one, so I asked the girl for a refund, she said they did not give refunds at that location, so i asked if she could re make another one for me, she then continued to argue when me and said it would taste the same as the first. Me hoping it wouldn't asked her to re make it. She re made the other one, then proceeded to talk about me to another employee. This took place today around 2:15pm. I'm not going to argue with an employee. I didn't drink the second one. Will not revisit this one.

Been coming here for almost 5 years. The old crew was the absolute best, Vanessa, Will, Tristan, Mckenzie and Tamara. Thankful that Tamara and Jamaria is still there because they are awesome and seems to be the only ones that knows what to do. Today I waited for almost 30 mins and my drink was wrong, again. When they are not there my drink does not come out right and it's as simple as a triple shot of espresso with 3 pumps of white mocha. It's right next door from me and so convenient but not even worth me coming back.

Very Bad Customer Service, Very rude, a skinny black girl and a fat white girl ( there is no name tags on them)was doing my drink Sunday 04/16 between 13:00-13:30- I ordered a ice vanilla latta sugar free and they put it on the counter for me to get it- they called out my name- as I was about to reach and get the drink they tipped it over and it went flying to the ground spilling everywhere - Did they clean it up? Nope( a customer took napkins and cleaned the spill up- they just looked at the spill as I told them you need to make me another one) Did they apologize? Nope. They even made the drink very bad- it doesn’t have the same taste to it- like they were in a hurry to make it- Very poor service- you Starbucks coffee need to discipline your staff. Especially making a customer clean up the mess they made- they do not smile- only one HOT blonde white chick smiled and that made my day- Teach your staff to smile, to respect customers ( without the customers you Starbucks would not be in business) teach your staff to apologize- if a spill occurred clean it up- don’t let a customer clean it up- that is a disgrace- Not happy with Starbucks Coffee- you guys lowered yourself BIG TIME!
