My husband decided to surprise me with a chestnut praline holiday coffee. I realize it’s in a target and the line was very long due to the time of year. When he got home which we only live 3 to 5 minutes from the store, I took a sip out of the coffee and all I tasted was hot water. it was very weak and had no flavor. I then tried to phone the store you have to go through the main target phone number and when you press six for the Starbucks, it instantly disconnects you and no one in the TARGET was answering the phone as well. When a cup of coffee cost you eight dollars you really do expect it to be phenomenal! I have a broken toe and a smashed nose due to a fall so I was not able to go back to the Starbucks myself, and my husband went right to work after he presented me with the coffee. I had problems with the Starbucks at that location in the past, but my husband was not aware. I will never be going to this one again! The one on West Catawba and Cornelius is much better! Again, I know it’s the holidays and I don’t mind it being busy and the fact that he had to wait. Because after all of it’s made correctly, it’s so worth the wait!

I just want to thank you to all staff again from here. I dropped my coffee on the floor and ai felt super upset for the mess. The staff was super nice the replaced my coffee and cleaned up . Thank you so much . So sorry for the mess again .

I ordered a holiday drink, the iced gingerbread oatmilk chai and it’s completely wrong, no foam, and looks a funny color. Was really looking forward to having it and sad to say i didn’t recieve the correct drink.

Stopped in this morning for a coffee and a slice of banana loaf. The loaf was so dry and hard it needed to be soaked in water in order to eat it. ?

This is not a drive-thru location, although it is listed as one on Google Maps, which is misleading to patrons. I love Target and Starbucks but I don’t like being misled.

Wouldn't take a BOGO coupon I had in the app for Mothers Day. No where in the app did it say it couldn't be used there. Very annoying and disappointing.

Awful! I always go to this target and usually hit this starbucks on my way out. I ordered what I usually get, paid with my debit card instead of my app. Something did not taste right with the first one, so I asked the girl for a refund, she said they did not give refunds at that location, so i asked if she could re make another one for me, she then continued to argue when me and said it would taste the same as the first. Me hoping it wouldn't asked her to re make it. She re made the other one, then proceeded to talk about me to another employee. This took place today around 2:15pm. I'm not going to argue with an employee. I didn't drink the second one. Will not revisit this one.
