Can't belive the experience I just had here. I watched my food sit 7 minutes in the expo window before being put on a tray and given to me. The only item holding it up was the fries. Odd thing was i watched them serve others fries. I then watched them give fresher versions of what I ordered to others. It makes no sense. Then I get dirty glares when I ask them to fix the food and the food comes back looking like crap!

The food is good, tasty but please DON’T ORDER FOR DELIVERY DON’T! Today was my 3er order with missing items or wrong items and when I call to the restaurant they trying to blame to the delivery guys every single time, YES maybe the delivery guy may forgot grave my drink but YOU GUYS FROM THE RESTAURANT KEEP SENDING ME WRONG ITEMS! I recibe a sandwich instead of naked chicken wrap, I recibe the wrong sides, or the wrong salad, the delivery guy don’t go inside the kitchen right ? So don’t blame uber eats for your mistake VIVA CHICKEN HUNTERSVILLE ! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Riana was friendly and made sure my order was accurate.
The food was good but not so great or as delicious as experienced in past visits. Noticed in last 3 experiences of this Viva Chicken that the Inca wrap/burrito is different. It is not as colorful (with all menu listed ingredients) and not as tasty as it used to be. Mostly rice, a little chicken, onions, two small chunks of avocado, one pea, a couple diced carrot pieces and no beans were in the wrap.
Vegetarian options: Several items on the menu do not come with meat, but what’s good is that you can add chicken.
Kid-friendliness: The menu and restaurant is kid friendly. “Food is delicious! They serve flavorful chicken and tasty fries,” kids review.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.
