My first time visiting. Very nice location, I really enjoyed my cappuccino. They have a wonderful selection of goodies to choose from, and the sandwiches looked really good. I spent time here on a blind date. Vert well lit and comfortable for such an occasion. I'll definitely visit Waterbean Coffee again.

I really enjoyed coming here to work. The ambiance was so relaxed. It was a great vibe to mix up working from home. The chai tea was the best I’ve ever had. It was spacious and plenty of seating options. I definitely will come back.

For the first time, I went to Huntersville WB to enjoy coffee and get some work done on my Laptop. I was kind of taken back by how much work this location needs to have done. The two black couches were torn, the floors were really dirty, the glass tables and windows all needed to be cleaned...they were disgusting. The tables and chairs are old and should be replaced. The tables have the metal base and stem, all completely dirty. I was sitting by the door, and it wasn't shutting right every time someone entered or exited. This place is kind of a mess. Some money should be spent to make this place more appealing.Cleaning the floors and all glass fixtures would help as well. Not a cozy work cafe I would return to.

The ladies working here are always great! I come in at least once a week right now and spend a few hours there each time. I come back for the nice atmosphere, great service, and comfortable chairs!Edit: 6/9/22Still love this place!!! So happy they survived /24STILLLLL love this place! What a wonderful spot for focusing & getting some uninterrupted work done. I have always love the people they hire here, current staff is no exception!Parking: If immediate parking isn't available, there's plenty of extra in the nearby lots.

I ordered a Large Latte (it comes with 2 shots of espresso), but it was frothy with no crema, making me think it might be under-extracted. I requested a replacement with 4 shots because the coffee was overly milky, and I couldn’t taste the beans.The server took my cup, added another shot of espresso on top, and returned it as is. This action felt rude to me. When I asked again, expressing my willingness to pay more, I requested a latte with 4 shots.However, I was charged 10 bucks for another Large, disappointing, frothy coffee, once again.Despite paying for the coffee again, it turned out to be even worse. I was charged twice (20 bucks) for subpar coffee.In the meantime, the owner came out and inquired about the coffee issue, but the server interrupted, claiming she had taken care of it.I'm uncertain if there was a racist undertone, perhaps because of my ethnicity, but the overall experience left me feeling that the service was very rude.
