Lovely vineyard about 1/2 hour north of Durham. Ample inside and outside space so no matter the weather there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy a tasting or a bottle of wine with friends. Staff is very knowledgeable about the wines. There is a nice variety of red/white and sweet/dry/fruit wines. During the summer they also offer wine slushies.Some snacks are available ( cheese, crackers, chips) but not a lot, so if you are looking to picnic be sure to bring lunch.A great...read full review
Me and my bestie drove here today and had a wonderful time. Brenda helped us with the wine tasting and she was all smiles and so nice. She made the whole experience so fun. The atmosphere was so amazing. Me and my friend bought a bottle of cold wine and went and sat on the top deck outside. It was a gorgeous day. We each bought 12 bottles bc of the discount and we already planned another trip here in September. We had a wonderful trip there and then to the tanger outlets in Mebane...read full review

My fiancé and I stopped by for our first visit at Rock of Ages and we were not disappointed. The tasting was inexpensive and personalized. Our server, Jimmy, was comical and did a great job explaining every wine to us. We look forward to going again.
