Love their burgers! Awesome service everytime too!

This visit was fine outside of me asking for it to go and they made it dine in. Otherwise it was good.

I just love their burgers I tried the burger that has that fried egg on it and it was very delicious and they also have a burger that if you can eat it it will be free it has about 4-5 patties on it there is no way in this world I could eat a sandwich that big but I will give it a try one day but not right laugh out loudbut anyway you should stop by here and get you a good nice sandwich try the burger with egg very delicious

The burgers are consistently good, quick, fresh and quite juicy. On our last visit, the manager dropped by our table to check on everything. He left a BOGO card on the table. We thought that was very considerate....shows they appreciate their patrons.

If you are in the mood for a burger this is a great place to go. Much like if Chipotle were to sell burgers, this restaurant gives you the option to build your own burger from a large selections on ingredients. I've consistently been really happy with my experience here the only reason I give it four stars is because it's going to cost at least seven dollars and while I will say the bison burger taste well made the overall quality of the regular burger meat isn't out of this world. Still very much worth checking out at least once

The staff is amazing and always tries to fix any mistakes and the managers try to please everyone but you can’t. The burgers ARE NOT frozen. I repeat they are not frozen. The food is overpriced for what it is but it’s still good food. And the whole menu change none of us really agreed with but that’s corporate and marketing for you...

The food was delicious and the service was great, the lady that took our order was friendly and quick. The club sandwich I got was lovely. Overall a great atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Better than fast food, fresh and sort of cooked to order. Juicy and kinda messy, but tastes pretty good. Ours was missing the bacon, but was quickly remedied. Fries, tots and sweet tea also good. Rather heavy on the condiments.

They have recently changed their menu within the last month or two . It’s more expensive with less choices. The burgers are basic frozen burgers from any fast food joint or the frozen section of your grocer. This use to be our go to burger place in Indian Trail. We will not be back after tonight. It’s definitely not the same American Burger Company they were 6 months ago. They might as well close and let a better burger place take over.

I wish I could give it negative stars the burgers were dried out over cooked frozen patties, the staff is friendly and the service is good but the burgers are neither great or American! and don't use the bathroom as the lights are on a timer and before you can finish your business everything goes dark and the auto matic toilet flushes with you still on it !

This is where I go for a *good* burger rather than the excuse for a building down the street. The crew is friendly and knows me and the place is always clean. A bit pricey, but I must emphasise that they make actual food here.

Grilled chicken sandwich just okay....onion rings cooked too long...won't be back

Still a great place to get a good old hamburger. They made a mistake with my Rise & Shine burger but they were quick to correct it! Great customer service...
