In my opinion I personally believe this is the slowest food place in the weddington Wesley chapel area if you are a doordasher and I think it’s because of their drive thru and the fact that they sell donuts and coffee but Starbucks and Panera are just better options as a DoorDasher right now because this location will make you wait 10 minutes for a DoorDash order every single time and then one time they said “sorry sir we don’t seem to have the donut the customer is requesting do you mind calling them and asking them” after 10 minutes of waiting ????like come on I know you’re busy doing orders but I think this location needs more staff or they just don’t care about me it was like 2-3 months ago so maybe things have changed but I’m laughing just remembering it now??

Stale, small, overpriced doughnuts that are lacking in flavor. Took 2 minutes for the girl working at the front to even turn around and recognize that customers walked in. Then she just walked up to the register and didn't even say anything to us first.If people working there actually want tips in their tip jar, they should try talking to customers.I won't be back.

I went to order a non-popular hot coffee called Cafe Ole. The person said we don't have that. I literally ordered it 2 weeks earlier. I explained how to make it. Her response was I can't ring it up. I asked for the manager & she said she was the manager. I went to Starbuck's next door & ordered the same thing they call it Cafe Misto. Horrible service. It's funny that when my girls were younger I ordered the same thing every Wed. The manager came up with Cafe Ole as the name. Now I can't get my favorite drink because you can't ring up a hot coffee with steamed milk. Really?

Did a recent curbside as have done in past...never an issue except last time where they forgot my blueberry flavor. No complaints because if i had mentioned, they would have gladly pumped it in. The staff is always pleasant and great every guest with a smile.

Just went through the drive thru like any normal human and upon getting my card back my card “just so happened” to slip from the drive thru window person hand now you maybe asking why you giving a 1 star I think she did it on purpose, I’m done going back to that damn Dunkin each time I come you forget something or drop my debit cards on ground also dropped cash one time. I’m not asking you to have hands like AJ Brown just be a normal person and take my payment from my hands normal but yea I’ll drive 30 mins away for coffee but I get better service

I don’t usually leave reviews because I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and I understand things happen but it has gotten to the point that I need to. This location is closest to my house and job so I usually hit up this dunkin 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately I don’t know if I will be doing that any longer .The customer service is so hit or miss(definitely better in the morning). But I never know how I am going to get treated. I am 100% with tipping your barista and people who take care of you through the window. But as someone who has served I think it goes both ways- you take care of me and I will take care of you. But recently on top of the bad attitudes I am getting fed up with my drinks tasting completely different every time I come and my food being scorched. You should know better than to send a sandwich that is so burnt it’s black out of the window.One positive note I have for the staff is that they do get their drinks made fast and out the window for you. I am disappointed this has been my experience recently because it was my #1 breakfast place to stop in at and I like the convenience of the drive through in the morning before work compared to the starbucks across the street. Dunkin is also cheaper and the food is better in my opinion.I would have gone in and gotten my sandwich fixed but I didn’t even open it before I was just about to go into work. I was just shocked they would even send this out of the window. It just shows how much they care about their customers.

I just moved to this area and this is the closest Dunkin location to my house. I've been here a handful of times, and each time has been a dreadful experience. The employees here lack any measure of courtesy, respect, or customer service skills. They all look at you like you're bothering them for showing up. They're not friendly, they don't welcome you to the store, they can't seem to get an order correct, and they move slow as molasses. I've had enough, I wont be back to this location. I'll drive a little further to get better service at another Dunkin location. Whoever the manager of this location is might want to start looking at the poor service and poor employee attitudes. I stood in line for over 20 minutes this morning for a simple medium hot coffee, and the Door Dasher in line next to me was very upset because he had been waiting over 20 minutes as well, and was very late delivering someone's order. He said this happens to him at this location regularly. This isn't acceptable. Do better.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Service is awful, everyone there acts like they hate their job which, as someone who also works in the service industry I get having bad days, but come on. Every single time I go to this location every employee I speak to is incredibly short and rude. The food is terrible, the bagel minis and hash browns are neverrrr warmed all the way through. I've started going out of my way to go to the Wesley Chapel location bc the service there is great and the food is always good (for what you get of course)

I was so happy when they opened near my house.They used to make the coffee the correct way, and lately they forgot to make a simple cappuccino. All I get is lots of milk with a little coffee flavor.I get very disappointed of these places near me.I hope they trained well the new people so we can support and visit the places near us.

The drive thru lady in the morning with the red hair needs a new job. I’ve been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks and each time I’ve been there she’s been working and has been EXTREMELY rude. Will also be emailing corporate about her.
