Waited in line for more than 30 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered . Asked for a refund and I had to still pull around for them to figure out the refund process , all other dunkin in my area are amazing.

I placed an online order for two dozen assorted donuts to be picked up in the drive-through. I picked them up didn’t look until I got to work to see what was in the boxes. I did not get a single filled donut! They were all glazed and old-fashioned. For what I spent, you could’ve given me at least one jelly, or Boston cream out of 24 donuts. Do better.

My wife and I wanted to have an afternoon pick me up so she got a scoop of ice cream and I decided on a headlight doughnut.
We had to wait for a little while but I was confused as they weren’t that busy and there were two people working. One on the drive thru and the other walking around?
We looked around to see if there was a problem as to why we were made to wait ?
This is an ongoing problem here as we have frequented this location other occasions...
