Came into the store today to dine in. Could not get waited on. The lady in the back kept yelling out that she was there by herself
and that she was overwhelmed and it would be a while before she could get to me. I understand the help situation now but after standing there 20 minutes I left. I felt like she should have waited on the customers in the store instead of focusing on the online orders so much.
We used to love this location but lately it hasn't lived up to our expectations. Today we bought a 12 piece...got home and it was only eight. The food is so salty now...the customer service has gone down. We are so very disappointed.
