Terrible experience !!
Dined in and the food took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table. The Lasagna was cold.
The waitress did not come back at all after delivering our food to the table. We had to ask another waitress to please find our waitress and get the bill....they couldn't find her either.
Almost left without paying.
DON'T EAT HERE ! Total waste of money and your time.

Ordered pizza, waitress kept saying the kitchen was backed up, but everyone around us was receiving pizza and their food, finally 45 mins later waitress appears with a pizza, not even what we ordered. Our grandkids were starving by this time. We were furious and the waitress had no explanation. Asked to speak to manager and she said she was somewhat the manager- told her this was the worse experience we’ve ever had and she walked away from our table without any words at all! We will never recommend this place to anyone and we will NEVER RETURN!!!

Made a to go order and it was totally wrong when we got home. I called and ask for a refund and it has yet to happen. Very disappointed bc we go there a lot and spend a lot of money. I would have thought they would make it right.

Great food. But do not recommend the tiramisu, it’s cake with some custard on top basically. Like a Boston cream cake. Cannolis are great.

This place never fails to impress and satisfy. Things don't go perfect anywhere but the difference is that they correct those things with a different integrity. My Stromboli was left behind during pickup right before closing time. They dropped it off at my house just as fresh as if it was never left behind.

My friends at Mia Familia greet everyone with joy and willingness to serve. Savannah was elated to see me after missing me for several weeks. My pizza was very tasty and hot even though I took it home (5 minutes away)! Everyone needs Mia Familia to bring joy to their week! Manga!
