This Popeyes location is okay, but not the best. The overall experience here wasn’t very satisfying, and there’s definitely room for improvement. I ended up switching to Marco’s Pizza near Walmart plaza just 2 minutes away, where the staff are friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

When it comes to fried chicken, we like to eat in the restaurant. If you use the drive through, things are usually ok. If you go to dine in, the staff purposely ACTIVELY ignores you until no one is at the drive through even if you try to speak to them they won’t even acknowledge your existence. The staff is not nice to customers and REDICULOUSLY SLOW. I love Popeyes chicken so I keep going back, each time I dine in, which is often, it takes about 30- 40 min. They don’t serve...

The main reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of miss Wanda. I came in through the drive thru Friday evening around 7 pm. This location is incredibly under staffed. Miss Wanda was handling both the drive thru, the walk in orders, and doordash etc orders. She remained level headed and kind even though she was completely swamped (at no fault of her own). If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have waited, but she was so professional and kind (even when a customer...
