Terrible service. Drive thru they don’t answer if they don’t want too. They don’t answer phone plus they have a 93 rating. They suck. Get a better manager.
This place is a disaster. Horrible service even when they aren't busy. Won't acknowledge you when you are at the speaker. You just sit there. Then they tell you to wait even if no customers are in sight.
I’ve been sitting at this sonic for 30 minutes. Ordered on the app, PAID for my food. The app wouldn’t let me check in so I went inside to tell them I was here. Was kicked out, told it was employees only , so I told them I paid for my food and would like my order. They responded with, we’re not taking anymore orders , we’re busy
(they were all sitting in there, doing nothing. No customers inside, 3 outside, none of which had been served , I spoke to them)
