One and done. Went into this location for an afternoon snack with my three kids.
No one at the front desk, no greeting, empty store. If the door wasn’t unlocked, I would have sworn they were closed. First few “taps” leaked melted ice cream into our bowl. Had to let them run to get frozen ice cream.
Lady came out to check us out (still no greeting) and four half full cups was 28 dollars. Yikes. Then, the audacity to ask for a tip for someone who didn’t greet me, didn’t help me and then disappeared after we sat down… give me a break.
Oh, and let’s not forget the pontificating via religious music on PA. All for religion in your personal life, I don’t want to be preached to while at ice cream.
Culver’s is literally right across the street and has a VERY friendly staff. Or, you can get a Cinnabon fresh made in the same shopping center. This place is a joke… don’t come.

Very sweet young lady willing to go above and beyond for a little girl who dropped her"magic spoon " (color changing ) more than once . Everything was very clean ,organized and lots of good varieties of toppings to choose from

The employees were talking with I assume her friends and I got cake batter and I over here her telling her friends “don’t get cake batter “While I was eating cake batter her friends say why she said I will tell you later I throw away the rest of my ice cream because of this and we went to ask her what is wrong with cake batter she says oh nothing

We got there like 3 minutes early before they opened and when they opened the man opened the door for us. They have excellent flavors and toppings.
