I waited at an empty front counter for 5 minutes. An employee saw me from the serving stations but did not acknowledge I was there. I waited another minute before flagging down the employee that saw me. He then said he could not run the front register, that the one who could was in the restroom. Fine, to the worker with a very large set of keys on his belt, at least acknowledge that I am there and let me know someone would be right with me. I left. Terrible customer service and poor concern for the person in the bathroom who was gone for awhile.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only reason I’m okay giving it one star is because the manager was nice when I had to call her and discuss what transpired at the intercom.The young lady , Shanisse at the window had a very poor nastyyyy horrible attitude. We were placing our order at the intercom and continuously had to repeat the order due to hearing problem. We figured something was left off because our total was too cheap. Apparently she grew tired of us clarifying what was on the order and told us to pull forward with an attitudeSo at this point we get to the window and my husband starts talking and she gets an attitude with him. Out of pure shock and disbelief I started to look at her.Through the window I can see her rolling her head and visibly frustrated. To the point her manager spoke to her. She comes back to the window and I asked “ you guys didn’t mess with my food right “ she said “ no but you guys pulled up to this window asking for a cookie knowing good and well you didn’t ask for one at that intercom. I put the little cookie up there and here you go staring at me like you got a problem”Things went sour from there which resulted in a profanity charged argument.This young lady had AirPods in which is why she couldn’t hear anything. This would also explain why we had to clarify our order several times.Upon talking with the manager ; the manager disclosed that she asked this girl does she need to take over the order in which the young girl declined.I’ve never encountered such a horrible attitude EVER. EVER!! I’ve never…… so bad that I had to write a review.

This is the absolute worst place I've ever seen. The girl that took my order couldn't get off of her personal phone call while I was ordering. No thank you, no nothing. It's an absolute disgrace to run a business this way. Time stamp 6:53 pm on 4/15/24. I'd be embarrassed as hell to know this is what my business offers. Shameful!!!

My son was working there and got into argument with a manager on duty the street knew about my son suooosely been fired and no on for job have contacted me but someone that’s not a damn employee knew before me and my son and the union county sheriff was there when I went to pick up my son and made a statement that wasn’t first time he had been out there for the same manager and disrespect so I will be filling a complaint

This is the slowest and unprepared Wendy’s I’ve been at. Placing a mobile order somehow takes longer than the drive through, which is usually 10 cars deep at normal eating hours and anytime anger 6pm.

I wish I would of checked the reviews before stopping here for the breakfast this morning. It's 9am and the sausage biscuit was hard and seemed like it was made yesterday I can only eat the square patty . Very disappointing.

I wish I could give zero stars. Any time we have gone here, they never get the order right. It’s always missing something, but this last time was the last straw. I had to go back through the drive through bc they had several things missing that I ordered and paid for. I ordered two taco salads that come with chili and chips and neither had chili or chips. But isn’t that the whole point of taco salads? I even asked if everything was there before I pulled away because it didn’t seem like enough bags. I was assured everything was there. I also ordered a nugget combo and had no drink and no fries. When I went back around, The girl at the window took zero responsibility and blamed me for why the order was wrong. Said, I didn’t tell her what drink I wanted. She was very confrontational and rude. Instead of just apologizing and giving me what I ordered it turned into a very escalated situation, so I left without my food. I will never patron this Wendy’s again. I’m never the “Karen” type either. I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of business. Hindsight, I probably should have spoken to the manager, but I will be contacting their corporate office.

Ordered a basic Spicey Chicken combo with Chili and cheese and Coke. Received a plain cheeseburger and basic chili. Called to let the manager know and instead of being worried about getting the order wrong they were mainly worried getting their food back. After calling the location back the female manager told she made my Chili with cheese personally. This is how the Chili looked. I then asked the female manager whom her boss was and she states that she is her own boss and answers to no one. This Wendy’s makes the corporation look horrible. I would not stop by this place if driving by. I will not be eating at Wendy’s anymore.

Ordered on the app while standing in line. With 2 other orders in front of mine and 3 in the drive-thru I expected a little wait, but it took 52 minutes to get my order. There was no communication front the staff, who were very rude and not helpful, and the food was cold when it finally got to me. Working for a fast food chain myself, I just found the entire experience completely insane and unpleasant.

Parking lot to door is weird as far as trying to get inside. Front doors are way on the other side of building from parking lot, in the drive thru lane. But the people seemed quite friendly and helpful. Food was good.

Hamburger taste like its been soaked in dirty dishwater. Fries or anything fried always taste like the grease needs to be changed. Change the freaking grease and quit being so cheap! Wendy's use to be good but almost every location has gone down hill. You feel lucky if you get what you asked for and it be fresh!
