First and last time going to this Wendy’s. The girl who took my order had an attitude and you could tell by her tone she was obviously being inconvenienced to do her job. Drove up to the window and another young girl also had the same issue. I would recommend hiring friendly employees that actually care about their job and also train them on customer service. Got on here and saw all the same complaints going on with this same location. This is obviously an ongoing issue....read full review
Service it bad employees want even acknowledge that you spoke to them this was my 4th time there an it's that way every time awful service
Went through the drive through ordered two hamburgers one was nothing like what I ordered. It was ice cold and seemed like it was already made and instead of getting what I ordered they were lazy and just gave me that one that was already made and sitting cold. Service this time was not as bad as it has been in past visits. They definitely have a problem at this location. I think this will be the last time we visit this Wendy’s.

Occasionally, there have been mistakes with orders, such as receiving the wrong meal or food being taken from a car and then returned, which may be a concern for health and safety. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
