In Jacksonville on business and wanted some pizza. The food was great, but the best part was the customer service. I got a beer while I was waiting on my pizza to cook. When I sat down at a table, I took a sip of my beer and realized that it was warm. I’m not a complainer, plus it had been a long day, so I was going to drink my beer and not say anything. I recently write a review and it wasn't good because the pizza was way undercooked but when I had called them they immediately apologized and said they would send me a new pizza free of charge and it was very good. This is what a good business does and I thank you very much.
