Service was great and fast especially given it was during a peak lunch hour, but i found a hair on my sandwich when i was more than halfway through it 🤢 it looks like facial hair, which i have none of. i tossed it after that.

Normally everything is great but the last few times I have come, my order has been wrong even when it is correctly repeated back to me. I should have checked my order before I left given the last time I was there my order was also wrong but because it was repeatedly correctly I didn’t. I’m now already at work and cannot go back to get it corrected, for the second time in a weeks time span. It is even correct on the sticker, but the food is not.

Eli the guy maybe a teenager took our order an we asked for simple stuff but once we got to the line, We said who it was under and he messed up the name and messed up the order he didn’t put a larger with our fries and put a fruit cup on there up charging us and not telling us the order back I really feel like he need more training or needs to go to the kitchen because when we told the people they made it seem like he messes up a lot thanks though👍

Definitely not the best chickfila- 9 /10 they will get something wrong or miss something like the toppings or dressings for your salads or forget the cheese on your sandwich. They need to train the workers to pay closer attention to the orders better.

Good is good when done right. Strawberry milkshake was not as good as other locations. Thru traffic should have a way out as I am currently done with meal and cannot leave the parking lot.
My favorite place to eat And I take my grand dog with me and she gets a pup cup each time we. I love these people they all have great leadership skills.

We’ve always loved Chick-fil-A — the food, the service, and the consistency. But this Jacksonville, NC location is definitely a bit of a challenge to navigate. The parking lot and drive-thru setup are extremely tight — you literally have to drive around just to get in line, which feels a bit silly. That said, there’s really not much they can do about the limited space at this point.
Compared to our old Chick-fil-A in Algiers, New Orleans, which ran like clockwork with quick mobile orders and smooth traffic flow, this one just moves a little slower. The service is still friendly, and the food quality is what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — it just needs a few small adjustments to reach that same level of efficiency.
We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully the flow improves over time.
