“If you or your family have celiac disease (gluten allergy) Smithfield’s in Jacksonville on Yopp road is the place to go! We are so thankful we have somewhere safe to eat. They take the allergy seriously. They change gloves, are careful on cross contamination, and pack food separately. Thank you Smithfield’s!“

“The lunch time manager was amazing! Not sure of his name - I’m in the drive threw people everywhere normal madness at lunchtime- he is in there busting butt to help his employees get lunch orders out- Mind you I am in the drive threw- he stops what he is doing and tells his employees “Y’all are doing great keep it up, I really appreciate you! Everyone was happy and super helpful! Definitely made my day!“

Kid-friendliness: They weren’t to busy and it’s a small building but my 1 year old was just walking everywhere and they didn't make me feel judged for letting him explore.“

“As someone who works in the mall I visit this location weekly. The service is always AMAZING. The managers are sweet and personable and the cashiers are always accurate and happy to help. 10/10. Oh- and they always give my service dog a pup cup!“

“The service is good, food is good. But for some reason they forget to put all the sides in the bag. For instance; I ordered mashed potatoes, cole slaw and mac and cheese. Got home I had cole slaw, 2 mashed potatoes. No mac and cheese. From now on I'll check my order before I leave the place. This isn't the first time my order was wrong. In my opinion; they need to pay attention to what they're doing.“

“Come here all the time and never have a problem. Until that crossed eyes mf wants tell me stuff ice never Herd before. Never have I ever been charged for peach syrup unless hes working and everytime I ask him. "Thats how its always been." MF no it hasnt.“

“I placed a mobile order two nights ago and when I went to go pick up my items, I was told that they didn’t have any bone-in chicken. Not too big of a deal for me, but I could tell the worker genuinely felt bad, since I already paid for it. He was so sweet and even gave me a free cake. Just wanted to tell yall how good he was. I wish I had gotten his name for credit“

“I don't typically have a problem with Chick-Fil-A; however, in recent weeks (including this morning), the drive thru has been doubly slow and my last 3 chicken biscuits have been soft and gooey. It's really frustrating to get to work (almost late) and then find your chicken is between two pieces of soft, barely done biscuit dough. So soft, that the bread is in pieces and stuck to the meat. This morning, I had a piece of chick-fil-a meat w/doughy pieces stuck to it. I guess I will have to go back to ordering my #1 with a bagel instead of the biscuit. Also, can you PLEASE come up with a better option for us coffee lovers the next time your coffee machine is down at breakfast? Imagine my anger when I was told that in order to get a juice (not everyone drinks soda) with my breakfast, I still had to pay an upcharge, even though your coffee (included w/breakfast) was unavailable! The two stars are only because the staff was still pleasant and can't be blamed for poor management decisions.“

“I had a small mishap with my food. The manager was so nice and had no problem replacing it and even let me get a desert for the inconvenience. I explained it was no worries. I love this place and would have come back regardless. It was so refreshing to have someone actually care about their service. The fried mushroom with garlic parm is my favorite. 8.5/10 would highly recommend.“
