Great trip to Firehouse, such flavorful sandwiches !! The staff is great and will answer any questions you have. Felt very comfy being there with my husband. Owner Sandra was very sweet too, will definitely be back again, probably this weekend!!

The cashier working there is one of the rudest employees I have ever experienced. The prices were way too high, for 2 subs over $20. Between the prices and service I will NEVER go back to this location

Just ordered a sub, to go, tonight from the Firehouse next to Walmart Marketplace. It should have had 3 different cheeses. When I got home, it had no cheese. My daughter said her sub did not have cheese either but she did not mind. Very poor service. The sub was awful without cheese (mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle with a few mushrooms). I will not be going back.

My visits are getting worse. Price went up $1.00 on three popular medium subs. Not meat portions are 30 to 40 % less. I have been cheated on points numerous times. I have acquired over 70,000 points, and have been a customer for a long time. The phone app only works part of the time. Today I ordered a med. roast beef on wheat, less bread, and jalapenos. When I got home .8 miles from the store, my sub was barely warm. It was made with full white sub bun. 1/2 the sub barely had any meat. Something has changed for the worse at this location.
