Honestly the food is extremely good like 5 star good 80% of the time and then 20% it’s extremely bland. The reason I’m give it 2 stars is because every single time I’ve ordered it’s been a 2-3 hour wait on delivery and nothing is more annoying than waiting that long and your order is missing 1/2 the food ordered. They mess up drink orders a lot too. I will hand it to them though they’re very good about replacing or refunding. They just need to work on delivery and not messing up orders and it would be a very solid 4.8 place. Food is amazing.

Strangest takeout experience I've ever had, but the food was fine. I called and figured out they only offered takeout, so I made an online order. When I arrived I walked up to the door and it was locked. It took a minute, but a woman that spoke no English cracked the door, pointed to a bag with my name on it, and when I nodded my head she started to hand it out. I then tried to show her a free fountain drink promo and she got confused, took the bag back, and locked the door. So I waited outside. She came back with someone on the phone that I had to speak to and explain the problem. They barely spoke English, but understood what was going on. I was extremely nervous to eat my meal because I'm gluten free and takeout can be dangerous. After my weird interaction I was expecting the worst, but felt fine after I ate. It didn't have any flavor or special aspects, but there was a lot of it! It was basic but seemed pretty fresh and healthy. The lettuce was fresh and the chicken was okay. I don't know what to say about Forkful, but the management/workers were lacking. Not impressed, and I wouldn't eat there again. I was expecting something much better.

I'm not sure if they got bought out by different owners, or just fell flat on their faces over the last year. It is the worlds sketchiest method of ordering food. You call, have a woman say (verbatim) "what do you want????" Then she transfers you to someone who sounds like they're speaking in a tunnel. The man then says "what do you want???" And you tell a second person that you want a burrito. The man will then scream at the other woman for about a minute before returning to your call, after you heard everything. He says he'll bring it outside when it's ready. Then they take your card indoors, make you stand outside and charge your money without you standing there. Third time in a row this has happened, I'm never going again. Bye!

The only reason I'm giving Forkful 1 star is because I couldnt give it 1/2 a star. And the only reason it gets 1/2 a star is because the little old lady hustle-shuffled back and forth from the counter to the door because they're still operating the mid covid locked door qr code order protocol.This was the most unseasoned food I've experienced since the 2004 completely unmelenated off Broadway dinner theater reenactment of the Mayflower landing. My wifes order of chips and salsa, came in the form of a individual bag of Stacy's Pita Chips and some sort of marinara pace picante sauce combo....soooo idk what all these other folks are raving about.

Just ordered online for pick-up and my entire order was wrong. This is the 2nd time in a week my order has been wrong. Today was the worst. I asked for chicken & it looks like I received some sort of steak in my wrap. When I call I can't get anyone to help me. $10 is a lot for a wrap I ended up feeding to my animals because it was full of beef instead of the chicken I ordered. I'm disappointed and will no longer continue to be a customer here .

I absolutely love this place!! My orders are always correct, the food is always amazing, my only complaint is that they are too busy! I recently had an order not ready by the pick up time and had to leave as I was in a time crunch and they refunded my order for me without even having to call or anything. I understand that they are super busy and their food is Top Notch so I couldn’t even be mad that they didn’t have mine. I hope they see this and know how much I appreciate them and how amazing their food is!

Great ...last time..today, Sub Par ...order wasn't right..no hummus, chicken dry no flavor and tons of water in My togo container and the thing I asked fo be put on side was not. Great concept poor execution today. Tried to call to rectify no one picked up phone.
