Forkful

Strangest takeout experience I've ever had, but the food was fine. I called and figured out they only offered takeout, so I made an online order. When I arrived I walked up to the door and it was locked. It took a minute, but a woman that spoke no English cracked the door, pointed to a bag with my name on it, and when I nodded my head she started to hand it out. I absolutely love this place!! My orders are always correct, the food is always amazing, my only complaint is that they are too busy! I recently had an order not ready by the pick up time and had to leave as I was in a time crunch and they refunded my order for me without even having to call or anything. I understand that they are super busy and their food is Top Notch so I couldn’t even be mad that they didn’t have mine. I hope they see this and know how much I appreciate...read full review

Great ...last time..today, Sub Par ...order wasn't right..no hummus, chicken dry no flavor and tons of water in My togo container and the thing I asked fo be put on side was not. Great concept poor execution today. Tried to call to rectify no one picked up phone.
