I went through the drive through twice this week, once for food, once for custarf. Both times, Durian took our order and gave us our food. He was Phenomenal, super polite, the service was quick and super respectful. I loved the service, the atmosphere and the food. I will definitely be returning, if not for the food, for the service. 10/10 great food, great custard, and great service!

We don't get in here very often, but when we do, the food and custard are always tremendous, and Freddy's is one of the cleanest restaurants in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

A lot of hype behind this place but I can say for certain why? The food was good but not great. The manager was amazing but the guy who took our order 👎 poor attitude, poor listening skills, and lacking in the personal hygiene area too. Completely missed the point I stressed about “no ketchup” for my 4year old. IYKYK. The burger was missing substance, good patty but no actual patties. I get the smash burger part, but to the point it has no texture or flavor? I’m just saying…
