First of all when I asked for maple doughnuts they told me it was only a west coast item, but then I was able to order online via doordash. Seemed like they lied and just wanted to be lazy. So since then I have tried to ONLY order via doordash so I do not have to talk to their rude employees. Well at 5pm on a Friday well before the 10:45pm cut off time my Door Dasher calls me letting me know they don't have the doughnuts I ordered. I asked which ones they didnt have, and I could here the Krispy Kreme woman OVER the phone RUDELY stating the doughnuts they had. How is it a whole 5 hours before they close and they only have two types of doughnuts ontop of having rude employees?! I could understand there being a delay but its unacceptable for 1. Availability being incorrectly listed, 2. The level of rudeness demonstrated by the Krispy Kreme employee.

I just had to take a moment to shout out Antonio Adkins, working the front counter. The store was very busy, he worked quickly, is extremely respectful, and wears a smile the whole time. He was one of the nicest, most energetic people I've encountered in customer service in a long time. It's not often you come across someone with such a great attitude in customer service around here, and Antonio definitely deserves recognition.

This place hit or miss. They hire young high school kids that lack customer service skills and don’t even try to put forth the effort. Sitting in line for almost 10 mins is diabolical. Partly because I was the ONLY person in line, must’ve really wanted donuts but also because when I drove around I could see one other customer and the kids up front looking at a phone laughing and joking. I just wanted my donuts AND the HOT light was on!! I guess the universe has a weird way of keeping me on track.
