This place hit or miss. They hire young high school kids that lack customer service skills and don’t even try to put forth the effort. Sitting in line for almost 10 mins is diabolical. Partly because I was the ONLY person in line, must’ve really wanted donuts but also because when I drove around I could see one other customer and the kids up front looking at a phone laughing and joking. I just wanted my donuts AND the HOT light was on!! I guess the universe has a weird way of keeping me on track.

I want to send a huge thank you to Natasha the manager at the Jacksonville NC location. The Landings of Swansboro had an electrical fire and had to be evacuated to the Onslow House in Jacksonville, I stopped in at the Kristy Crème to ask for a percentage off of some donuts ( after being rudely denied by Dunkin Donuts Manager) needless to say I did not get a discount but Natasha asked me how many did I need and she gave them to me for FREE, I was so thankful for her she was a blessing when the staff and residents needed kindness the most! We love you Natasha and thank you from all of us at the Landings of Swansboro!❤️❤️

The whole place smelled like very old fryer grease. All the tables were dirty couldn’t sit anywhere clean. Went to the bathroom with my kids and everything was disgusting. Look like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Ruin my appetite for a doughnut that I thought would’ve been good
