Absolutely disgusting. The individual working the drive thru touched the phone of the customer in front of me, the window, the cash register, my cash, which they refused, then my debit card, and finally the fridge where the milk is kept without changing his glove before using that same glove to put my donuts in the box.

Love Krispy Kreme. I have noticed that the prices have increased and the size of the donuts has gotten considerably smaller. Donut dough is so basic, not expensive at all. Why mess with the size? I mean seriously at $15 a dozen for regular glazed, you were making money hand over fist at the original size. Now we only buy for special things, use to be a weekly stop.
$16.02 for 1/2 dozen glazed ?We’ve been here 3x, unfortunately, we didn’t get fresh donuts this time around, seemed like yesterdays batch. The sign outside has been broken for months, hard to tell if they are open from a distance.

Horrible experience ordered the special dozen Chocomania donuts online. Ready for pickup when I got there great! Got home different story.. not great! Hard, stale donuts. I assume they are pre made and sent to KK locations. Only explanation why they are hard and stale. Unless they made them like 3 or 4 hours ago and just have been sitting. Eighteen ninty-nine for trash donuts!

Why bother having assorted donuts, I ordered thru the app and when arriving they had a hard time looking for my order and to top it at the window the guy said we're out of assorted donuts. I was like how TF do you run out of something that sells like crazy.
