Mission BBQ always provides a consistently good BBQ selection and the patriotic theme is more than just window dressing.
The BBQ chicken sandwich was a heaping mound of gently pulled chicken on a substantial bun. Flavor was smokey and very succulent. With a side of fries and brisket baked beans, I didn’t bother with the bun.

The potato salad was below par hard potatoes
The 1/2 brisket pound was ok alot of burnt ends
Whoever sliced my order served me sub par cut of brisket for $13.89
