MOLDY BREAD‼️😡 absolute worst experience I’ve had in my entire 20+ years going to Olive Garden. Husband and I just moved to NC and wanted a nice meal at Olive Garden and it was indeed nothing but a disappointment. Service was terrible took 15 min to get salad and breadsticks. The server took forever to get us what we asked for we had to ask multiple times for it to even get to the table. Food was TERRIBLE! The breadsticks were MOLDED. And just flat out disgusting to eat. I ask the server for fresh and she gives us moldy bread. The manager didn’t do anything but offer us a free Alfredo sauce and say “I’m sorry for trying to poison you” what kind of service is that very dissatisfied with this experience never going here again and DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!!

This was an absolute pleasure. We came in a little less than an hour before close which I felt bad about, but Haley, our server made us feel completely at home and taken care of. Haley was genuinely one of the best servers I have EVER had (and I am a server/ bartender!) she was super attentive, friendly, generous, and absolutely on top of EVERYTHING. Predicted our needs before we even knew we needed them and recommended the best options for us. Above and beyond service, thank you!

Waiters always go above and beyond working here. I always vote yes to eating here just due to the fact the waiters are so friendly but equally efficient. They work hard caring for all their tables and making sure you leave happy. I have been here more times than I can count over the last 3 years and can tell you with absolute certainty that you will have a good experience. The chef here is great, fast and efficient. They always get you your food quite fast in my opinion which just shows that the staff in the kitchen are working just as hard as the staff in front to make sure everyone is happy

I am currently deployed and it is my wife’s birthday today. I made that quick statement on the special instructions area when i ordered online for her delivery order and whoever put my wife’s food together went above and beyond and i thank them for it. I wish the receipt wasnt blurred so i could give a thank you by name. My wife really appreciated the quick happy birthday note that accompanied the food. Thank you guys for making her day that much better!!

We were a bit disappointed with the Tiramisu we took home after dinner, not sure if recipe has changed or what, but not up to par. Other than that, everything was Great. Delicious dinner, hubby had Chicken Parm, I had the Chicken Alfredo😋

If happiness had a flavor, it would taste exactly like Olive Garden’s breadsticks! 🥖 Every visit here feels like a warm Italian hug — the staff are always friendly, the food comes out hot and delicious, and the endless salad bowl should honestly be declared a national treasure. 🥗🍝

I stopped by recently and left with both a full belly and a happy heart. The service team deserves a standing ovation — friendly smiles, fast service, and that perfect “welcome back” energy that makes you feel like family. I’m already planning to go back next week (because self-control doesn’t exist when there’s Alfredo sauce involved 🙌).

The food was amazing, it always is. Waited a bit for our breadsticks which was fine, they were fresh. The only issue was the waitress, Trinity (?) seemed to be in a mood.
